It was a okay room only thing I liked about the room was the beach view everything else was small inside the room to much noise as well

Property was great at this price, location is incredible. The beach club noises didnt stop until 03:00 everyday. Unbearably audible even with the doors closed.

Friendly staff, spoke English, check out was at noon. Thin walls, sometimes noisy neighbours, construction going on next door. Close to town, beautiful beach and city.

It had great beach access and also close to the Tram. Valencia was a great city to visit.

Awful room very basic , dirty looking onto a nightclub which went on to 4am . Bathroom awful but there was toilet paper . Fan in bedroom full of black dirty/dust . Heater hanging off the wall . Little security . Bed very basic sheets looked clean but slept on top with a towel over the pillow although little sleep with the club next door . Way to expensive for what this is .

DO NOT STAY IF YOU ARE OVER 30 years old. The room was sparse but clean and the staff was nice. No elevator and no AC. The biggest issue was the local outdoor night club around the corner that played blaring loud music until 3:30AM. You have to keep windows open since no AC, so, no sleep for you. We had planned on staying 3 days but checked out after one sleepless night.

Just the view in my room was beautiful. But the rooms so small and so poor , there is no big space too small

Great room, great location but no a/c made it uncomfortable to sleep.

Unfortunately quite negative. Hotel in desperate need of TLC. With breakfast only one coffee was allowed, additional one had to be paid. Very noisy area with club playing loud music till well after midnight, on Saturday well beyond and at 3am with very loud fireworks. Also restaurants and bar staff congregated and continued talking loudly till the very early hours of the morning being a real sleep disturbance.

This is a great party seakers location but if you want to sleep at all then this may not be the place for you. Night club goes on until 4am and dust carts and deliveries start at 4.30 ish. The staff were helpful but the rooms and location not as good as we had thought.

Fantastic location for everything we wanted. Second visit there, but unfortunately paper thin walls meant we had NO sleep due to pursue noise and snoring in next room. Decor could do with an update, though there are some beautiful pieces of furniture in hallways, rooms leave a lot to be desired.

The hotel is right by the beach. The rooms have all necessary amenities. The beds are comfortable enough to sleep on and balconies are big enough to enjoy the sight of the beach. The front desk was very nice and helped us when we needed it. The room was well kept.

Hotel is on the beach breakfast is pretty basic(nice coffee) Staff are friendly and helpful can get a little noisy but generally quite we were there in January. Overall Good

We do not recommend contacting the hotel in advance — it is simply pointless. You will not receive any reply, and your messages will either be ignored or not read at all. We only stayed at this hotel for a few hours, but unfortunately, we did not feel welcome at all. Our first interaction at reception was disastrous. The staff member was condescending, and we had to insist for them to agree to store our luggage while waiting for our rooms to be ready. We were even asked whether we had read the booking conditions before making our reservation, which felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. When we returned later, there was no one at reception. We had to go through the hotel’s restaurant (which is part of the hotel) to find someone willing to give us our room keys. Unfortunately, the welcome there was not much better. For the price we paid, we were not expecting luxury — but we were at least expecting a pleasant and professional welcome. Sadly, that was not the case.
