Excellent location but trade of was how noisy it is at night with bar/restaurant across narrow street open until late with music etc. Bring ear plugs but otherwise very nice.

Hotel Renaissance was very well located in Florence. It was clean and well maintained. We had a very comfortable stay.

Great location, walkable, clean and safe!

とても広くて使いやすいお部屋でした！ シャワーがなんといっても素晴らしい！ しかし扉を閉めてもシャワーの水が下から出てしまいバスマットがビシャビシャになったのだけが、部屋の中での残念ポイントでした。 建物にはエレベーターがあるのですが、半階ほど階段です。 行きも帰らも荷物を上げ下ろしするのを手伝っていただけました。 スタッフの方々がみんな親切でした。 立地もヴェッキオ宮殿のすぐ側で、途中で休憩できるのも最高です！ すごく近くに地元で人気のレストランがあり私はオープン前に並んでいたので、入れたしたが、お店を出る際には、行列が凄かったけどです。

Hotel is at the city center, walking distance to most attractions. We could even come back to the room between activities for a short rest. All the staff were courteous and willing to help with whatever need we had. There were only my wife and I in the party, but we rented the family suite since only that one was available for the dates versus standard room. We really liked the extra space it provided. We would stay again in this hotel if we revisit Florence.

This property was in a perfect location! Everything seemed to be 10-15 min walkable to everything. The staff was very friendly as well. They had a parking garage a few blocks away that we were able to park at for a daily fee.

The hotel is centrally located. Staff was very helpful. The room was comfortable. Elevator was a great plus especially if you have luggage. There were 40 steps to climb in case you want to walk upstairs. Now the bad part about the stay…..noisy. The street below is lively at night especially on the weekends. Noise and partying till 4 Am. Otherwise everything else is good.

There is no parking on site. They have an arrangement with a parking company. However the directions on where to meet them were awful. Trying to drive around downtown is very difficult with all the tourist walking in the road and one way streets. I recommend parking out of the city and take a cab in.

Clean room and quiet to sleep.

lovely boutique hotel, room was as expected, bathroom nice but toilet stopped working late night. Rated 3 stars as hotel offers just the room and bottled water, no coffee available.

Rooms were great. Amenities were great too. Location was great, steps away from shops and restaurants. Breakfast was really good. A wonderful option to stay in Athens. Highly recommend!

Room was really nice, wasn’t sure what to expect as we booked last minute but surprised to the upside, would stay again.

Location was central and couldn’t have been much better. Very helpful staff. Room was clean and all that we needed.

The hotel is in a prime location. The design and decor is sophisticated and provides for every need. We will definitely be back!

The room was beautiful, and we enjoyed every minute. Parking was a conundrum but worth the effort. Five-star rating.

Great staff and location

Room was clean. Staff were very friendly. Did not have breakfast. Shower was small and could have been cleaner, it was worn out and leaked water everywhere, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker.

Sabina was an excellent host. She did a great tour with us ($). We did not do the in house breakfast due to numerous restaurants in the immediate area. Great steam closet in the bathroom!

This is a nice clean hotel in a spectacular location. You simply can’t beat the location and the hotel has done a great job of updating the rooms in an old building. We will stay here again on our next visit to Florence.
