Overall, the hotel is not bad, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
Upon booking, we requested a crib, and although the hotel confirmed they had received our request, it was ignored. When we asked again at check-in, they brought us a broken crib. The staff was kind and tried to help, but the second crib they found was in even worse condition.
Room cleaning is scheduled every two days. We placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, and they respected our privacy, which we appreciated. Later, we informed them that they could clean the room while we were out. After being away for four hours, we returned to find the room untouched. We had to request cleaning again, but to their credit, they responded quickly.
The hotel does have some good amenities. The heated pool and gym are both nice. However, the breakfast was underwhelming; not much variety, and honestly, you can find better options and better prices nearby. There’s also a small market for snacks and drinks, and the bar has a nice vibe.
