The room is clean, with a good view of the Mekong River. The bed is very soft. The staff is very helpful and provides good service. The hotel provides bicycles for guests to ride and enjoy the view of the Mekong River next to the accommodation.

The room is spacious, clean, the air conditioner is cool, there is a parking lot, and there are free bicycles to ride.

The service staff at the hotel has no service mind. The old room has a musty smell. Especially the bathroom. There is a bad and old smell, dirty, the hotel area looks shabby, the floor has a lot of dust. Both during the anti-COVID measures There is no system at all. Employees seem forced to come to work. As for customers, they seem to ask to stay for free. I've been to rest once, the first time is full of 10 for 7, but now it's full of 10, given 3, I won't go back to rest again Breakfast is very little. Do not expect.

The room is spacious. The hotel area is spacious, comfortable, with bicycles to play. The atmosphere on the Mekong is very good.

Such a wonderful hotel and staffs. Very friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean. Breakfast was ok just only not many choices. We had to leave early on 9th of Feb in the morning, was asking the staffs if we can have breakfast earlier than 06.00 am and the receptionist was very helpful. We had a small issue also as my husband got hurt from food, there was a piece of glass on food and hurt his mouth. We did inform the lady in the kitchen but not much to do. We fully understood that many some accident could also happen. Nice view also as we could see Laos from the hotel. Many good restaurants around, nice food and good price. Will go back for sure!!
