The room is very clean. Good view. Open the door to see Fuji. There is free parking and can park multiple cars.

Requested room with mountain view and was granted by the hotel. Mt fuji is breathtaking in person. Location around 1km plus from train station. Shuttle provided but only on certain time (pls check time with hotel) Double bed a bit small but good enough for 2 of us. Clean. Yukata provided for sleeping. Recommended, especially for the mt fuji view.

the room view to fuji mountain is amazing. only one thing that smells in the room wasn't good come from fresh air in the rooms toilet and dusted inside backdrop.

Room 302 really has a great view from the hotel to Kawaguchiko station. There is a shuttle van (round time) on the way back from Kawaguchiko station to notify directly the information office. He will call to notify the hotel to pick up.

Perfect room, perfect view, comfortable bunkbed. Around the hotel there is no family mart. But it can be accessed by walking or cycling. There are several restaurants around the hotel. Can walk from the hotel to Kawaguchiko Station around 20 minutes with a group of elderly people and children and stollers. Waking up with the view of Fuji from the bedroom window, is truly amazing. Awesome ...

Nice hotel with Fuji mt. View. Too far from kawaguchiko stn. But not a big deal, hotel has free luggage storage services at information building near stn. And also shuttle bus services.

The room that I stay is facing Mt Fuji so it was awesome wake up and seeing Mt Fuji right in front of your eyes 😍 Hotel room is spacious enough for 2 person. location is good, walk a bit around 15 minutes from Kawaguchiko St to hotel and you can find many restaurant along the way. But, the wifi not to good and the reception is not good with English.
