Clean and friendly place to stay for the night!

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms and bathroom was clean and well displayed. There were carts to carry the luggage to your room as well.

The only issue we had was lack of hot water at 7:15 am for showers. That was disappointing. Orherwise we would have rebooked for future travel.

Nice clean place to stay. Centrally located to golf courses that we play during our three day trip. Good restaurants nearby as well. We stay twice a year.

Nice place overall, but unfortunately, the sound of trucks engine braking throughout the night was unbearable. The noise from the highway was so loud it made it difficult to get any rest.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was limited as is normal for Microtel, but adequate.

My room was amazingly clean. The housekeeper is next level. I am a housekeeping supervisor in a hospital so attention to detail is what I do. Even the pipes for toilet were clean. Not one hair in sight. I was very happy.

With online check in, the process is easy and quick when you arrive at the hotel. The front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and modern. It is quiet and comfortable.

Hotel was fine, really expensive for a basic hotel but commencement weekend at Binghamton University. Our room had one queen bed and was very small. We almost didn't have space for our baby's pack and play, had to set it up in the entryway. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was meh, limited options - bagels and waffles were the most substantial.
