The hotel staff was very helpful with luggage storage. The hotel's location is excellent, close to Sapporo Station, convenience stores, and restaurants.

The hotel's location is good, close to Sapporo Station. The service is also good (easy to store luggage, etc.). I stayed for several days and moved in and out, so I changed rooms three times. It seems there are renovated rooms and older rooms. The older rooms still use the two-tap hot and cold water system. The old-fashioned design makes it less comfortable.

Ive stay at this hotel for many nights in total from my last trip. Also tried 2 type of room. For my opinion choose not the economy type (smaller and the room a bit older) but the rest is good. Location close to sapporo station and there 2 convenience store super close. Good hotel

The staff is very accomodating and kind, the hotel location is also good, very close to station, major station and small station, I will come back here again if I visit Hokkaido. This hotel is near to convenience store as well, and the room is ok, not too spacious, but it has balcony to see snow outside, this is the best.

Location near sapporo station (if u can walk fast maybe takes only 5-7mins) Room was ok. But a bit old i mean for shower system they still use 2 tap model for cold and hot water. But all is good. Service was also good. Ive stay in this hotel for 8 nights in total.

Great location. 8 minutes from Sapporo station. Many restaurants and cafes nearby. Lawson just 2 minutes walk.

Nice hotel. Located at the north exit of Sapporo Station. Just walk a few meters and you've arrived. For Muslims, the hotel is near the Sapporo Mosque and halal restaurants within walking distance. There's a Family Mart and Lawson near the hotel. Less busy area compared to hotels in other places.

The room is really beautiful. There's only construction so it's a bit noisy and the view out isn't clear. Near JR Sapporo, about 300 m. Thank you for the service

Love my experience staying at APA Hotel. This hotel just worth the price. I booked this hotel as it had SPA. Its really nice to soak yourself in a hot tub after walking around the city the whole day. The location itself is near Sapporo JR station & Sapporo bus station. Location is really convenient. The room size for 3 people is really spacious. The bed is big & comfortable. As for the room of 2, its as big as standard Japanese room. Its clean, don't worry about dust or insect. The lobby is also greatly decorated

Very quiet location at night. There are certain nights, the central air conditioning in the room is turned off and asked to open the window just so it can cool down. Indeed, at that time the outside air was cold, but noise also came from the window.
