Very clean, great service.

Location is good, Service was excellent.

The staff was very friendly. Especially both of the Tatiana's at the reception. Rooms were small. Not as seen at the picture. The kitchen were was dirty. Rooms were cold at night.

Brilliant hotel, great view from balcony and lovely staff!

The staff were friendly and helpful. I booked a studio with a balcony. Unfortunately the balcony facing a brick wall so there was no view and it was positioned over what I assume was the courtyard of private apartments. There was a lot of noise outside at night on a couple evenings. The air conditioning was turned off on 01/09 and so the room was too hot. Reception didn’t have any fans to give to customers or the ability to turn it back on. The room was also adapted for wheelchair users so the bathroom shower was very low and there was only access to the bed from one side and no table. We asked for another room as we were there for 7 days but none were available. The hotel is in a nice area approx 800m from the old town - easy walking distance or get the tram/bus no 1/11T. There is a shop but no restaurant. I would consider staying again but not in that room specifically.

We previously stayed in Riga's charming Old City, but enjoyed this second stay in the "Centers." We loved the top floor terrace, and found these modern apartment-style rooms very spacious and comfortable.

My stay was very good. I loved the interior, design of the suite. Great windows - I liked opening them at nights. The view was comforting - I have always liked to look at the surrounding buildings and streets. I grew up in the apartment building two blocks from the Park Inn , and the view was very similar to what I was seeing many years ago. The only one thing was uncomfortable - the coffee maker which I could not figure out :). The front desk stuff was very nice and friendly. Overall, it felt good. I would certainly come back to this place on my next visit.

The breakfast was below standard. Due to Covid situation it was impossible to offer warm buffet which led to a plastic food options

Excellent room and service, very nice especially for a family trip, as there is a nice living room with kitchenette in the apartment-type hotel room. Dog friendly as well. Very-very good room condition. Good location. Highly recommend. Due to COVID-19 the breakfast was not very good and there was a lot of plastic and packages everywhere.

Excellent location, lovely clean room, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Only one negative, website said hotel provides shuttle bus to airport, this was a taxi that cost us €18. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The hotel was great - new facilities, spacious rooms and a well provided kitchenette. The staff was very welcoming and helpful - the girl solved evey issue fast. Location was great also - quiet area near old town.
