The staff was friendly to all guests, the instruction was clear, but there was no drinking water in the room.

Convenient, very close from the station. The hotel offers free coffee, the staff are helpful and the room is cleaned every day. It is a newish building with modern amenities. Would definitely come back.

The staff is friendly and very easy to communicate. The availability of microwaves is not in the rooms but there are 2 on floors 6 and 18 if I'm not mistaken. Drinks and other things are available in the lobby, we can take them ourselves as needed.

The only funny thing about this hotel is, if we're thirsty, they only provide tap water. Thank God, there's a 24-hour Lawson right beside the hotel.

The room size was average but its amenities (bathroom etc) were definitely above average. And the big window from the bed overlooking Nagoya city's skyline was stunning, especially from 23rd floor
