I wish the shower stall had a door. Bathroom floor kept on getting wet.

Excellent hotel, nice and modern with great views on the old town side.

Modern property just across the bridge from old Riga, with spacious and well-furnished rooms. The restaurant menu is limited but there are shops nearby and a big mall with a lot of eateries. Good value for money if you don´t need to be in the old city.

Not a huge fan of this spot for a couple of reasons. They claim they have a pool/spa access on Expedia and have a sign in the front, but they want to transfer you somewhere else for this, which is a major hassle and not worth it. Seems like false advertising to say the least. The room temperature cannot be controlled by the thermostat and if you try to turn the fan down, it will return on its own moments later. During winter it was so hot that I left the balcony door open and it was still warmer than I prefer to sleep. I can only imagine how terrible this would be in the summer. For these two reasons, I'd never recommend this place. Not a fan of the shower that doesn't close and the beds were harder than I prefer, but not terrible. Pillows are down, so they go pretty flat quickly. The good: it's close to the bus/tram stops and the rooms are spacious and modern. Staff seemed helpful, regardless of everything I asked for not being something they could accomplish. Also the internet here works very well if you are working remotely. While the latency is high around 140ms and I'm only getting about 25mpbs each direction, it's ample for remote work, which is very nice.

Perfect for our quick stay in Riga before flying out of RIX. Comfortable with a small infant as well.

To dobry nowy hotel w wysokim standardzie. Wielokrotnie tu nocowałem. Tani parking hotelowy, chyba 10 euro ale można parkować bezpłatnie na sąsiadujących uliczkach. Czajnik w pokoju. Dobre śniadania. Polecam.

I liked inside out - from location to the room I was staying. Everything inside looks clean, welcoming and gives you cosiness feeling. The location is opposite river side from centre so it's good you avoide crowds but at the same time it's very easy to reach center - transport stops are couple minutes away. Nearby is shopping mall, riverside to enjoy beautiful Riga's Panorama. The rooms are beautiful, cosy, clean and you will find everything you need for basic needs. If not, Im sure Hotel staff will help you. It was my first staying here. Looking forward to my next trip:) Thank you, Park Inn.

Great value, no hot water :)

Booked for my girlfriend and her son, I made clear instructions about 2 beds , extra pillows because of a child staying. They didn’t bother to receive or follow my instructions. Breakfast has variety according to my girlfriend but lacked any real quality. They didn’t allow an early checkin by even 1 hour even though I had previously booked and stayed in this hotel. Overall quite disappointed.

Not very friendly staff, calling front desk is usless, they don't answer, there were spiders active at night time in our room. AC was leaking from the roof. Location is ok, close to public transportation.
