Pokoje w dobrym standardzie. Śniadania bardzo słabe, bardzo pogorszyły się w ostatnich miesiącach, wcześniej były bardzo dobre. Obecnie na śniadania podają tylko najtańsze produkty, nie ma nawet jajecznicy z prawdziwych jajek, wędliny są niskiej jakości. Śniadania są na poziomie hostelu lub hotelu ** gwiazdkowego.

Dobry hotel, dobre wyposażenie pokoi. Bardzo słabe śniadania, wcześniej były bardzo dobre, a teraz są produkty niskiej jakości, mały wybór dań. Widać daleko posunięte oszczędności. Wasi klienci będą rezygnować z tego hotelu.

Bardzo dobry hotel, z parkingiem. W pokojach czajniki i lodówki. Śniadania niestety coraz słabsze. Kiedyś były bardzo dobre, teraz zdecydowanie się pogorszyły, mniejszy wybór dań i produkty spożywcze słabej jakości.

Hotel bardzo dobry, czajnik w pokoju, brak kapci, dostępny tani parking hotelowy lub parkowanie za darmo na ulicy. Śniadania coraz gorsze, mniejszy wybór potraw i niższa jakość produktów niż wcześniej, a nocuję tu regularnie od lat.

Very good stay only stayed one night the staff in reception are super helpful the guy when i came early let me leave&store my luggage safely plus gave me excellent direction on how to use the tram&bus,told me where to get on&off.++++AAA👍👍👍The guy on duty when i checked out early in the morning helped me talk to Bolt driver who picked me up for the airport👏👏👏👏

Excellent hotel, nice and modern with great views on the old town side.

Modern property just across the bridge from old Riga, with spacious and well-furnished rooms. The restaurant menu is limited but there are shops nearby and a big mall with a lot of eateries. Good value for money if you don´t need to be in the old city.

Not a huge fan of this spot for a couple of reasons. They claim they have a pool/spa access on Expedia and have a sign in the front, but they want to transfer you somewhere else for this, which is a major hassle and not worth it. Seems like false advertising to say the least. The room temperature cannot be controlled by the thermostat and if you try to turn the fan down, it will return on its own moments later. During winter it was so hot that I left the balcony door open and it was still warmer than I prefer to sleep. I can only imagine how terrible this would be in the summer. For these two reasons, I'd never recommend this place. Not a fan of the shower that doesn't close and the beds were harder than I prefer, but not terrible. Pillows are down, so they go pretty flat quickly. The good: it's close to the bus/tram stops and the rooms are spacious and modern. Staff seemed helpful, regardless of everything I asked for not being something they could accomplish. Also the internet here works very well if you are working remotely. While the latency is high around 140ms and I'm only getting about 25mpbs each direction, it's ample for remote work, which is very nice.
