Basic hotel. Near airport but not on airport property.

Friendly and helpful staff,

Poor maintenance, change room 3 times and still found issues

Wifi was slow and useless most of the time. Hotel is not in a great location with nothing nearby so if you want food/drink you need a car. Menu was average Some areas of the hotel was stifling hot and smelt bad. AC only blows directly at your head in bed so regulating heat during the night was not ideal Dangerous area after 6pm and most food delivery services stopped late afternoon. If I have to go back to Reynosa again I won't consider this hotel.

Horrible experience!! I was already sleeping and someone open my door!! I screamed and that person left.

The front desk staff was great, the room that was assigned to us was very clean and comfortable, the morning breakfast was good and they arranged our transport to the airport. I'm very pleased with the Hotel Services.

Bedding Torn. Room smelled musty. Front desk staff were not helpful.

Gente dando golpes constantemente hasta pasada la medianoche. La cama dura como una piedra no pude dormir en toda la P***a noche. Y pagar casi 100 dolares por un cuarto sin refri y sin microondas en Mexico es un robo.
