Lovely hotel, the room was clean and super nice, the breakfast buffet is amazing and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

Lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great rooms and big comfy bed. Within easy walking distance of restaurants, etc. We loved Broadstairs itself and would certainly stay at The Yarrow again when we come back here.

The yarrow hotel is a lovley hotel decorated to a high standard.The rooms are to a high standard as well. The spa area is a must you are charged 15 pound each to use the spar but it is well worth the price very private area.The staff are extremely good at there job which makes the stay even better good breakfast as well

Lounge for approx 20 residents allowed to be comandered by approx 8 women in the centre having rearranged the furniture making it unusable by residents due to the loud women overtalking each other with no notice by the 'management'. Shouls have moved them to a separate area for large groups.

Second stay at The Yarrow in five years and it's a lovely, clean, modern hotel with helpful staff. I'll be staying later on this year for work again and look forward to another stay. The prices are very reasonable, including a full spread for breakfast.

The staff are incredible, always welcoming and friendly. The hotel is located in an old building which has been very well maintained and taken care of, the decor is classic but still modern, the facilities in general are good and the room we stayed in a lot of space and a very comfortable bed. I booked a room for 3 pax with a sofa-bed. We assumed the sofa-bed would be made before we arrived, but it wasn't. There were also only 2 sets of towels, 2 bottles of water, 2 glasses... So I think they forgot there was going to be a child with us. I asked at the reception if anything could be done to help with this and when we came back, the bed was made and the extras added, so we very happy despite the initial miscommunication. We were sad the restaurant was closed Sun-Mon as we stayed Sat-Tue. We mentioned to the reception we planned on having dinner there on Sunday or Monday and were told it was closed, but they served food at the bar. We were shown the normal menu, so it was disappointing to arrive at the bar and realise they were really only serving light sandwiches and crisps. We were so tired we couldn't bother going back to the town centre to eat. The sandwiches were fine, just not what we had planned to eat. On the last day, the housekeeping forgot to tidy our bathroom and change its bin which was had a couple of our kid's nappies from the day before. I mentioned this to the reception at check-out, so they could be aware. Despite some hiccups, we still loved our stay!

Beautiful hotel with really comfortable room - we didn't want to leave! Will definitely stay again and maybe take advantage of the spa.

Always allocated disabled room when hotel fairly empty

A good location hotel . Staff happy and polite . A very good one night break . Breakfast seletion good . The only one small niggle was that breakfast plates cold and hot buffet only warm . By the time got to table full my Full English was cold . Apart from that a very good stay and would stay again .

Fantastic stay, the rooms and very spacious, clean with comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly, eager to help at any opportunity. Easy walk into the centre, would recommend!

Clean,warm and friendly staff

We had a wonderful time in Broadstairs, 2 night break. The Yarrow is very grand and spotlessly clean and excellent decor. We had a large classic double which was perfect. Only issue was the heating was quite loud and noticeable at night so we slept with it off. Breakfast was lovely, we opted for the individually cooked breakfast which were heavenly. Looking forward to our return to this hotel
