Check in around 330 pm and told the room not ready. Given wrong room.

overall okay..just need to improve next time..the pipes are a little leaky..the TV broadcast is a little problematic..it's dark blue..but because I only want to stay for 1 night..what's up..the pillowcase is faded..maybe I can change it for a new one..next time..anyway thank you..hopefully it will get better.

The toilet is noisy, the water in the toilet tank makes a loud noise so it disturbs your sleep, please fix it soon.

The room was damp, there was water seepage on the walls, there were water drops on the ceiling from above, there were blood stains on the bedsheets, the towels were yellow and torn, the bathroom was small and the toilet had yellow water marks.

The hotel staff was unfriendly. When asked questions, they were curt and impolite. Towels had to be requested, and mineral water had to be requested. The room was never cleaned during our stay. The toilet was very dirty and never cleaned either.

The ceramic floor makes noises and the ceiling is full of mold. It needs repairs from the management. It's quite soundproof, although sometimes you can hear noise from other rooms. The room is quite clean. I think the toilet is too small. It's a shame you always have to ask for drinks in the lobby when they could be delivered to your room.

Not far from the hustle and bustle of the city, culinary delights are easy, just a short walk away

Because I took a double bed queen room, it was probably rarely used, so there were still many parts that were damaged. Floor Bathroom It should be repaired again so that it is comfortable Place near the waterfront

The picture advertised and what I get is quite different.

1. Price range is a bit pricey considering the room conditions. Air conditioner/Tv/shower water heater were not working well. We paid RM300++ for 3 nights. Deposit RM50. 2. Service was alright. Not too bad 3. Hotel location is a bit hidden. We struggled to find it (its next to Viva Hotel@waterfront). But the only good things are they have a laundromat and other landmarks nearby. 4. Bed. Crumbs in the sheets, even before we laid in it. You can smell and feel how used the towel/bed/pillow were…. We could barely sleep. 5. Bathroom? Personally it was very uncomfortable to shower or to even use. The sink & walls were covered with old stains. Cleanliness didn’t maintained well. 6. Amenities like hairdryer/clothing iron/safe weren’t provided in our room. We need to ask some of them from the receptionist. No wardrobe Just a wall to hand your clothes. Overall disappointing. Please do better for a “business” hotel. Thank you for your attention

I don't want to stay here anymore, lots of things are broken, unfortunately there are no repairs from the hotel, the AC is not cold and the toilet is very dirty, the staff are very unfriendly.

Foyer is clean with comfortable sofas. Room is spacious and the rate is reasonable. Staffs are polite and friendly. Location is very near to Chinatown and food at Pandungan is plentiful and good. Grab cars is also vern fast upon order.

It's okay for a stopover, but I don't think it's good for a long stay. The hallway is stuffy/hot, I got a room that looked old, the paint on the walls was faded/cracked.

The AC position should not face the bed directly.

Okay for a cheap price room, I have 👌👌👌👌 Suitable for backpackers. The price is pocket-friendly 😊😊😊

Overall it's ok for that price. But there's something new looking next to Viva Hotel.

Will the hotel management read this review? I hope so. They should improve their service in terms of room cleanliness and the friendliness of the hotel staff. This is my bad experience staying at this hotel. I don't think I will stay here again. And I don't recommend my relatives to stay here.
