Very basic but perfect for 1 night stay when you just need a decent bed for the night. Excellent price for what you get. Might be ok for 2 nights if you want to view Nantes but no longer. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Stay clear of this hotel. In the middle of nowhere, only thing nearby is what is apparently a swingers/sex club, didn’t feel very safe at all. No cold water, only boiling hot water out the taps morning and night, having to brush your teeth with that and unable to shower as temperature of water too hot even on ‘coldest’ setting. We were booked for 3 nights and left after the first night. No reception staff, everything is codes. It was 2star clean but really everything else was well below par, more of a hostel feel.

This was possibly the worst place I have ever stayed. The bed wasn’t made when I got there and the mattress was covered with hairs. When I cleared the bed afterwards to take photos I saw clear evidence of bed bugs. There was smudges of blood in the mattress cover and a dead bug. I had also been bitten (not mosquitoes as I was covered by a sheet). There was also no water at the hotel due to a burst pipe. There were two half hour windows to have a shower and do all washing. Only had one flush on the toilet outside these times also. I complained to the reception but didn’t get anywhere. I am currently following this up with Expedia.

No running water at property, only found out when we arrived. Water pipe had burst & they turned it on for 30 mins in morning & night. When turned on shower was only scolding hot

No instructions re car park entry which is not straight forward. Reservation code didn't work to let us check in which left us stranded outside at 1am. Ibis help line number provided didn't work, ibis directly refused to help. On the plus side the hotels. Com support team did get it sorted but this was all about half an hour after arriving. Very poor overall. Didn't expect much for the money of course but simple access should be a given.

Average place

Très bon séjour. Arrivée après l'heure prévue et ça n'a pas posé de souci. Tres propre et très calme, nous n'avons entendu aucun bruit. Juste le lit superposé n'était pas fait et un peu galère de le faire en hauteur à 00h

El hotel es básico, sin ascensor. Desayuno justito pero suficiente para unos días. La atención es buena. Reservamos dos adultos y dos niños, a través de hoteles.com, y aun reservando alojamiento y desayuno para los 4, en el hotel me hicieron pagar el desayuno de los niños, que según ellos no estaba incluido. Total, que me ha tocado reclamar a hoteles.com.

The hotel staff have no skills at any foreign language Breakfast is so simple ,it should be taken care to please the customers Cleaning if the rooms are okay Considering the cost to be charged ,it should be providing better service to welcome guests The hotel is not in the center but quietness is satisfying for sleeping well and comfortable

Problème à l’arrivée car problème d’informatique et nous étions 6 couples à attendre il était 17h45 le 31/12 et la jeune fille qui a été très calme et professionnel bravo avec le jeune homme aussi

Trop chaud, clim non fonctionnel, petit déjeuner reserver mais nous pas sur la feuille de réservation ! Drap percé, 3eme lit a faire ! Bruyant a l'extérieur

L'accueil, très bien, très calme la nuit, le matelas très confortable, le petit déjeuner copieux. Par contre , la salle de bain vétuste et surtout sale : des cheveux au niveau de la pomme de douche, des cheveux et des poils en dessous du wc, dégoutant.
