Quick overnight city break in Blackheath. Very pleasant location and general surroundings of Blackheath Village. Although the room could perhaps have benefited from a little bit of a refresh, it had a generously-sized and very comfortable bed. Small bathroom which was fine. Very good buffet breakfast. Room didn't have one of the prime views over the heath, but that wasn't a problem as it was nice and quiet where I was. Only minor fault was that the wifi wasn't particularly strong in my room and the connection dropped on a number of occasions. I tended to use my data instead. Would definitely stay here again, no debate.

The food at the hotel was fantastic. We had breakfast and dinner there most days of our stay. The room was big and clean. It was a great location to get in and out of London from.

C'était parfait, ou presque. Le lit etait branlant mais la literie tres confortable. Le personnel sympathique et accomodant. Le check in a 13h sans frais tres apprecié. Les dejeuners buffet avec un bon choix tres apprecie. Lenvironnement de l'hôtel tres agreable, tout a proximité, cetait genial. Jy retournerai sans hesitation.

Had a one night stay in a very pleasant clean room. Plenty of beverages, towels and pillows. All the staff from reception and serving staff in the bar and the breakfast room were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good.

Perfect location, spotlessly clean, excellent and friendly staff, great breakfast - highly recommended! The only thing to note is that the there is no separate shampoo or conditioner (all in one shower gel)

We were at the front of the hotel with great views oh the heath. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly especially the restaurant staff. Breakfast was top quality One small thing to improve, it was a pain having to take the soap from the sink into the shower and vise versa.

Lovely hotel, staff were friendly. Breakfast set up is very good with lots of choice, again the staff were great. Wound definitely stay there again

Brilliant location, we were visiting the o2 and it worked really well. Train station is close by if arriving by train. Comfortable bed, clean and breakfast included was a bonus

The hotel looks grand from the outside and the staff were very pleasant. My room was comfortable, but felt dated and, although not a major issue for me, the signal for the TV kept breaking up. The restaurant was bright and airy, serving a very good choice of food and the waiting team were excellent and attentive in the evening. Breakfast was a bit chaotic as everyone appeared at the same time, but good choices available. Parking was tight, so would recommend arriving early to get a space.

Fantastic location - easy to get in and out of London area. Very nice restaurant, reasonably priced meals. Nice big clean rooms.

In the usual suite but mattress needs replacing.

Hotel is right across from a beautiful park area with a lovely church. Well connected by bus. Breakfast was included. And very good. With wonderful table settings. Staff very friendly. Overall very pleasant stay Only thing to note, parking is tight, and limited We got lucky and found the old last spot. If not have to find parking elsewhere

The TV from the next bedroom could very clearly be heard through the walls as we went into our room that night. We had to bang on the wall and luckily they turned it down slightly so with ear plugs in we did sleep. We were woken early 5am by pigeons on our wall outside despite pigeon deterrents in place.

Couldn't find a car space in car park - 2.00pm booking in time

Have stayed numerous times lovely hotel and all the staff are brilliant.

Comfortable, quiet and clean room. Very good breakfast. Excellent location - just 15 mins by train to central London.

I had a room with a lovely view across the heath. The room was immaculate and comfortable. It was a very warm night, and I was glad for the fan and managed to stay cool. In the morning, I opened the window to let in cooler air and went out for a run. And on my return, a pigeon had taken up residence and was sitting on my bed! I mentioned this at reception on checkout, and the young lady was uninterested—such a shame, as the total lack of engagement tainted the whole stay.

Single night stay. Very comfortable bed. Thr room and bathroom are a little dated with a real key to open the door but was very nice. Staff were very polite. Breakfast was excellent ......with a fabulous pot of tea. Serving staff were brilliant. Parking available onsite was a great feature too
