Loved the hotel, staff was super nice. I didn’t like how our AC would turn off at night. Other than that everything was good with the stay here

Our A/C was broken and made a horrible high pitched noise. The hotel admitted that it was a bad situation but could not change our room or get a technician. They offered a cheap bottle of wine. We had to take sleeping pills to sleep with the noise. Too annoying to stay in room so had to stay out all day. They shrugged and offered 15 euro off per night. I found that insulting. Management didn’t think it was a big deal to have a high pitched awful noise 24/7 in the room. Also one of the reading lights was broken and dirty towels left from last inhabitants. We did not feel comfortable. Breakfast in a hot basement room with no character. I don’t know how this place got good reviews in the past. We tried to negotiate with the hotel several times but they felt that 15euro a night was what we deserved for a horrible stay in a noisy room.

Super comfortable bed and beautiful shower. Nice continental breakfast. Well situtated close to the train station.

Staff was vet friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Morning continental breakage was very nice and appreciated. The restaurant is no longer here but there are more options right outside the door. The staff is very helpful in pointing out options

Property is older but clean and staff is charming and kind. Breakfast was delicious - Stefania makes the best onion frittata and even shared her special recipe ! There was pastry and bread, yogurt, egg, cheese, meats and the scrumptious frittata. Also any coffees you want they make special for you. Nice easy walk to the train as well. Highly recommend - also on a quiet street near a Church.

A centrally located hotel with clean and well maintained facilities. A standard breakfast was included with good options. Easy access to the city and island transportation ( via train) great restaurant options and easy access to the old city quarter. The staff was accommodating in particular “Simone” who earned our trust and confidence as he was professional and provided good solid information regarding the city, local areas of interest and dining options. Simone’s professionalism is deserving of respect by guests and management! We recommend the hotel for its proximity and access to the city as well as accommodations.

Pleasant traditional style with modern interior. Nice breakfast and very friendly service.

Very happy with my choice. The hotel is central and close to the train station, also shops and restaurants. The reception lady was very helpful and caring. I'll go back if in Cagliari.

Great place to stay. Excellent location, lots of dining options close by and breakfast was good What made it a great place is the young lady who welcomed us and was absolutely delightful always smiling and offering to help out Internet was not consistent but ok

Beautiful

This was a great property in liberty close to everything that you need! This includes the train station. The only thing that I would mention is that since there is no parking, you would need to park at the train station and then walk over to the hotel (which is about a 10 minute walk). Staff was very nice and very accommodating, would definitely recommend if you plan to travel to Cagliari

We really loved our stay here! Location was wonderful for being center. The hotel itself was very clean, modern and fit our needs to well. Loved the on-site breakfast option too especially if you have a lot days with excursions. The staff was all so sweet and nice. Specifically wanted to give a spotlight to Simone and Stefania! We are so grateful for all the help and overall hospitality you both showed - it really made our overall trip better, very grateful. Thank you! -Antoinette

The property was nice nothing spectacular, but the service was what made it excellent. All staff were amazing. They did everything they could to make our stay perfect.

Lovely size room

The hotel is not the newest anymore but clean and in a great location (everything in walking distance). The breakfast is great and the staff is very friendly and was supporting and helpful with any questions we had. Parking is not so easy during the week but there are many options close by (for a fee) and the staff is helping to find a parking (even upfront via WhatsApp).

My wife and I spent a night in Cagliari before taking our flight, the hotel is located right in the city centre and close to the port and the shopping area. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. It’s a nice hotel, fairly small and cosy
