This is our fourth time staying here since they opened and Arena Hotel continues to be the lodging of choice for us. We love the hotel. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable and the location is ideal for us. Also, a special shout out to Josefa, the nice lady who cleaned our room each day. She did a great job and we always enjoyed saying hi to her each morning.

Great hotel. Very centric. The only inconvenience I see is that they don’t hace an iron/ steamer or access to one or laundry for that matter. So make sure you bring a portable one or clothes that won’t wrinkle

Run-down discount quality hotel. Thin walls. Bare basic amenities. Thin towels. Crappy air conditioning. Packed with tour groups.

Family member passed away and they would not accommodate or give a refund. I contacted them multiple times days before when the refund was eligible and they never answered.

Very clean, smallish rooms but you don’t spend much time there - cleaning staff are great. Showers are outstanding! Very convenient location!

This hotel is in a great location with a nice bountiful breakfast. Staff are extremely helpful. Pool is nice but small and a nice view of the ocean.

As many other have pointed out, the location is absolutely perfectly situated near both main beaches, and the front desk staff were very helpful and efficient. The rooftop bar and restaurant was also terrific.
