The location is inside the terminal and especially voluntary workers with white cowboy hats are very willing to help. No tipping at all. In other countries, it is clear on the back of his shirt that the word "no tipping" is written, not refusing if given. Volunteers strongly reject if you want to be tipped. It should be an example in other countries.
