Always nice and clean.

The hotel check in was quick, friendly and easy. Great location across from the beach and near, but not in middle of, busy tourist area. Room was well appointed and comfy. All rooms are ocean views. Hot breakfast was only negative. Sausage gravy was runny and links had too much filler. Wood cabintry in bathrooms could use a little touch up on the edges but otherwise very nice room and furnishings. Worth a little extra for location and view.

Once again another excellent stay at this beautiful hotel… the Staff is absolutely incredible.. very friendly and one of the most important things is they will allow you to check in early.. and the breakfast is amazing too.. thanks for excellent hospitality

This was a nice property for a weekend stay prior to getting on a cruise ship. It was clean, and the staff was especially helpful and friendly. The location is right on the beach. The hotel is starting to show some wear, but our room was so clean that it didn’t really matter. Would stay there again.

Quiet and super great staff. Allowed us to check in very early. Good rates and a good breakfast!

Nice room

Loved that every room is ocean view. We showed up a day early and they were able to get us in a room and take care of when it came time to switch rooms. Everyone was very hospitable. Great stay!!

Close to beach access

On the Seawall, short walk to fishing pier. Protip, your bar receipt above the pier entrance covers the pier fees. Have a drink first!

Front desk staff ( young lady) watching videos on phone and was very unfriendly. Hotel lobby smelled like gas. Room was large but not clean. Location was great.

Exactly as advertised. It met our needs perfectly with no issues at all. We will stay here again if we return to Galveston.

Great place for the weekend

The staff was very friendly and it was clean and quiet. This is my first time at best western and based on thisbl experience I would stay again
