I reserved 3 rooms. The bathrooms needed attention. There was hair in all three bathrooms. Also, it took too much effort on my part to request adjoining rooms and caused me worry. I have a handicap mother. There needs to be a better process/policy put in place . Although the request option is on the website, I was told many times that they didn’t have adjoining rooms. Even if they did, it couldn’t be guaranteed. The rooms should be assigned while booking to those who have special needs. It wasn’t until the day before our arrival per my phone call, that I was told the rooms would be assigned close together. Also, it was overpriced. The rooms were not clean and the breakfast was poor. Fault for this does not fall on those at the front desk. The fault lies in poor policies and management. I hope these issues will be addressed.
