Great experience

When we got there, our room was not ready which is fine but it took one hour and a change of receptionist to get things rolling The first person had zero personality. Then, we got to our accessible room and sink was plugged, shower handle was just hanging there and not attcahed and for a person in a wheelchair that would be unacceptable. The room was very small and not as described on site. The hot tub was broken and to be fixed that first day and the next day the jets were broken. The tv remote did not work. If there was one positive is that we were able to cancel our 2nd night.

Never disappoints. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and stocked. Thank you to all staff!

So beautiful

Very friendly staff, clean rooms. we had a roo gor my granddaughters birthday and they allowed a few people to swim with us for. couole hours, even tho they didn’t have a room.

The only thing I would rate a bit lower on is the breakfast. But all else was great.

Friendly staff and very clean

Love that there is a coffee shop just down the street, that allows your dog on the patio. Dislikes. The hot tub had alot of dirt and grime on the bottom. Looks like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Even the railing on the pool was extra dirty. The shower in the pool area, didn't even have soap. When the pool closed at 10 o'clock, the front desk person was there to clean. I thought that was rather odd. I think it also would be nice if you gave 1 hour of pool time just for adults . It was hard to swim for all the kid's.

Breakfast was lacking and often under supplied but okay when topped up. Shower leaked onto the floor.

This is a new hotel, however only one elevator was working. Unacceptable for the size and amount of guests that were there. The free breakfast is terrible. Poor selection. Not enough staff. Not enough seating for guests. And not large enough space. The shower heads in the shower are also terrible. It’s unfortunate because we booked this hotel because it was new. Won’t be staying there again.

First night there was a loud dog next door and barked constantly. There was a door between the two rooms and noise penetrated it very easily. Not like a solid wall.
