If you come with little babies make sure you bring their passports too otherwise they won’t let you in. The rooms had too many ants and the bathrooms had cockroaches. Check in says at 3 pm however they made us wait until 5 pm to give us a room. I reserved 3 rooms and they were all in different areas despite that we were traveling with little kids and we were all a family. Food was good and service at the diners were great however not happy with the rest for all the money that we paid. Very disappointing.

The only think that I did't like was that you can't make dinner reservations at check in because the all the reservations are sold out by that point. It would be great if that was offered at the RSVP point.

Everything good except for the check-in and check-out time. We waited more than 2 hours to get our room, checking out very inefficient too, Decameron had only one person in the reception to help more than more or less 30 people waiting, of course with that load receptionist was kind of rude (not her fault) Positive: great food at the buffet, great services from the staff in the dining areas, entertaining was a big plus, but

Excellent staff. Everyone was very polite and accommodating. The facility had all the bells and whistles with everything inclusive. Great food, wine and beverages.

The worst all inclusive hotel that I was stayed Horrible food old and dirty hotel the only positive is the personal who attended the service No hot water at the rooms Worst

Was unique about the property

Amazing place! Every minute was incredibly. My girls and my husband had a great time.

The towels could be available in each pool. Improvements should be done on sanitary installations.

Our stay was exceptional. The place and the people they serve are very friendly. Rich and varied food. The people at the bar, César and Andrés were very professional. The hotel may consider renovating some bathrooms due to age, especially in the rooms. They should be more careful with the recycling of plastics, especially glasses and straws

Ronnie who works at the front desk is extremely helpful. The food is great and the pools are very nice.

They have to eleminate the rooms wich are separete each other only by a door.

Me gustó la amabilidad de todos. No me gustó que demoramos un poco en el checkin

Nos fue muy bien, todo el personal muy atento y servicial. Las instalaciones impecables. El unico inconveniente fue que reservé una habitacion con cama matrimonial y nos dieron una con dos camas individuales.

Muy lindo lugar, bien cuidado. Tiene oportunidades de mejora en cuanto a los procesos de check-in y check-out.

La habitación es buena, al desayuno le falta variedad. No hay opción de jugos naturales sin azúcar. Podrían poner más opciones de alimentación saludable, Ejm ensaladas con variedad. Incluso tener avena sin azúcar.
