Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are extremely small and may be a bit not clean.

Second stay at this property and still as satisfied with my stay as I was the first time!

Very small rooms with a glass-fronted shower/toilet area. The bed was huge, with lovely crisp white ben linen. Very comfortable. There is only a tiny area to hang up clothing and if you have more than one suitcase there is nowhere to put it. For 2 nights during the heatwave the air conditioning didn't work so eventually I got moved and while it was not great, it was slightly better. , here seemed to be no urgency on fixing it except to offer fans to blow the hot air around the room! While the staff were doing what they could tea/coffee making facilities in the room and no information leaflet. Stayed 5 nights and only realized on the last night that they did hot food in the lobby cafe. 914 576 8503

With having no kettles in the room I would expect to be able to get tea but jab in to pay £7.50 for two cups of tea in the morning was a bit much. Other than that a good stag

Excellent hotel in great location. Only criticism is the broken lift leaving just one serviceable lift. Very slow to wait for this get to room or walk the stifling hot staircase.

24 hr open bar is amazing.

I didn’t really have many interactions with staff as my partner checked in before me. The location is perfect close to Shoreditch high street station, the air con and fridge were a big plus, the rooms was small but perfectly formed had everything you needed and very good value for a weekend stay. The breakfast was lovely everything available xx

Good location for getting around the city

I found several hairs in my bed but was too late to complain and get another room. Additionally, my sink drain was stuck hence couldn’t use that either. There was a strange smell coming from the bathroom. Easy check-in and helpful staff though.

Staff at the Citizen M Shoreditch are excellent, from the check in/reception through to the night team in the bar. So friendly and helpful. Rooms are super clean. Brilliant stay, would recommend.

I had an amazing time at citizenM Shoreditch! The hotel itself is fantastic—super stylish, clean, and in the perfect location for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the whole vibe was just great. The only downside to my stay was some loud, rude people staying on my floor, but that's obviously not the hotel's fault at all. Everything citizenM could control was absolutely perfect. This is my 4th time here and I'll definitely be back!

Excellent staff, hotel and prime location in shoreditch. Beautiful room. Loved the complimentary still and sparkling water and the 24/7 communal space. Beauitful hotel. will be back!

The staff were extremely helpful although it was a self check in/out experience. The room was well maintained and near by to an amazing neighborhood with great food and drink options

The rooms were spotless, the bed was so big and comfy with extra pillows if needed, loved the colour changing lights in toilet/shower room. There was loads of room and the lounge area and seating was real groovy right up my street. Staff were happy to help at all times and really nice and pleasant. Loved my stay

Was a lovely clean room. Great view across London. Only slight thing that didn’t seem to work properly was temperature control as was very hot over night and didn’t have a tea/coffee making facilities. But that’s it, greatly situated, comfy bed and nice shower. Would def go back
