Ac in the room was nor working. Elevators not working.

If you are going to be in Tijuana for a couple of days, this is the hotel to be in. The Suites are great.

Customer service is outstanding. Unfortunately, only one elevator was working.

Estuvimos dos días en este hotel y fue una agradable experiencia. El desayuno muy bueno. El staff en el front desk fue súper amable al igual que los del estacionamiento. Tienen silla de ruedas disponibles en caso uno ocupará. 10/10

We got a suite and it was fairly clean although the bathroom needed to be mopped. It was three adults, one teenager and a child and we had one toilet paper roll and a half used one, I asked the front desk for more and it n got there I had to chase the housekeeper for it. The TV was in audio only so I called the front desk and they didn’t show up even though she said she was going. I asked them personally and told them that the remote wasn’t working yet again they never went. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The food was ok but not everyone wants to eat the same thing every day for breakfast.

Mi experiencia fue maravillosa! De inicio el hotel ya me había ganado por su checkout a la 1pm pero lo que destaca es un hotel donde TODOS son super amables, listos para ayudar y manejan todo de una manera memorable. Desde las personas de seguridad hasta los recepcionistas, todo el trato es personalizado. Me encantaría volver a quedarme aquí!

Our room was dingy, missing grout in the shower/bathroom. Having stayed at many Marriott hotels and loyal to the brand. City express suites was a disappointment . Every employee from Security to the front desk was extremely polite, helpful, and attentive. It may be the decor or the lighting that is not inviting or gives a comfortable or welcome vibe.

Nuestra suite no estaba lista cuando llegamos que fue a las 5 pm y el check in inicia a las 3 pm, nos hicieron esperar con mi mamá de 93 años, mien tras registraban a otros huéspedes que llegaron después de nosotros y hasta que se le dió la gana a la recepcionista nos dijo que la habitación no estaba lista. Nos dieron una de menor categoría, bastante mala, y de menor precio y sin ninguna compensación. SOLO FUNCIONA UN ELEVADOR PARA 12 PISOS DE HOTEL, imposible bajar y subir por escaleras por estar en el piso 8. Según teníamos dos bebidas de cortesía al llegar, pregunté y me dijo la persona "ahí está la maquina de café si quiere" A lo que también teníamos derecho. Estuvo muy muy mal...

Great time flexibility for check ins .

The staff was nice but they were unprepared for a family out size. Knowing we were a group of six, they had not place the extra bed sheets we needed. Also, the breakfast was not the best. The beans and the chilaquiles sauce were watered down. The room needed a renovation.

The room I stayed in was Room 401, located at the far end on the right after getting off the elevator, which is situated in the center of the building. While the room itself was acceptable, the Wi-Fi speed was extremely slow, to the point that it was difficult to even send emails. For guests who need reliable internet access for work, this was quite inconvenient and was the most disappointing aspect of my stay.

Room was really clean. Loved how the building was really secured and also, the staff were great.
