Séjour parfait, le personnel de l’hôtel est très aidant et présent. La navette pour se rendre au port de Bonnifacio est très pratique et rapide. Magnifique hôtel, je n’ai rien de négatif à dire.

Excellent all around. Fantastic service. Rooms were spacious. Impeccably clean. Great spa. Well rounded breakfast. Loved the complimentary transfer service that took you into the marina which was less than 10 min away. So convenient for dinners and a boat tour we did. Chiara at the front desk was beyond helpful. Loved everything about it.

The property is beautiful and has a great spa. The front of house staff were ok, seemed young and inexperienced and didn’t really deliver a 5 star service you would expect from a hotel like this.

Beautiful hotel and amazing views of Bonafacio. But bring the sun loungers cushions inside when it rains for 24 hrs, they remained wet for 48 hrs afterwards. Lovely staff.

This was an outstanding five star hotel, but the one thing that irked me was that every time I asked for water I was looked at as if it were an odd request. We stayed for a few nights and every morning, one 75 cL bottle of water was in the room. For two people, that is 1/6th of the amount of water a standard person should drink in a day, someone like an athlete probably more. Not to mention that you’re in and out of saunas and what not, and anyone in that situation needs to replenish water. The restaurant charges $7 for the same 75 cL, and bottles are is “free” if you ask, but again when I did I got confused looks. However it did always come, it just was off putting. It just seemed silly that a a hotel of this caliber would not have water more accessible to its guests, especially for the price of everything else at the hotel ($20 cocktails, $48 spaghetti). That being said, facilities, food, everything else was outstanding.

The staff were attentive but not overbearing. The shuttle back and forth to the port was a new Porsche Taycan which was a classy touch !

It was an amazing experience! The staff are super friendly and most can speak some English with few speaking very good English. It was easy to communicate. They offer also free transfers to the marina or free rental of their electric bikes. They’ve gone the extra mile to make their guests stay even more enjoyable and convenient. The chefs they employ are top of the class! We have enjoyed some spectacular meals, the flavours so rich it makes your head spin with joy!! We have enjoyed their beautiful infinity pool on many occasions and found it top of the class too (not heavily chlorinated for a change!). Bonifacio is beautiful and worth a visit and with the free shuttle offered at the hotel you should enjoy your stay hassle free.

Fantastic place. Great, helpful staff and to my delight my room got upgraded for free. Fabulous, clean room with great facilities and the pool was lovely. Possible to swim in October as it’s heated. Great choice for breakfast, I will definitely return.

Absolutely stunning premises and location; the view of the citadelle is breathtaking. The staff is very sweet and knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble and they make you feel at home. Definitely returning!

Un endroit extraordinaire hors du temps. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe qui est aux petits soins. Chacun des membres de l’équipe des différents endroits a été très agréable et très aimable. La piscine vue citadelle est extraordinaire, le spa également. Nous reviendrons l’an prochain avec certitude.
