The service is very bad, the air conditioner doesn't work, the bathroom has no soap and so on, the sink water falls outside the sink so the bathroom is wet.

Broken shower room & kind of stink, bedsheet had stains (looks unclean), wifi only works in the lobby at that time.

One of the staff there, the personality & attitude were like a sh*t. The telephone in the room can't be used. I went to the counter and requested an iron and iron board. But he said got no iron board, it fine then I just want iron. He said will be sent to the room immediately. I was waiting for 40 minutes then went to the counter again, he said: “ forgot”. I said to him please give it to me now but he mentioned he will be sent to the room. He never apologised. I went up to my room with him in the same lift, I try to press the button to my room on 2 nd floor. The button don't work, I pressed it a bit harder. He scolded me … woo…. He was a fu**er really. Hee said if broken then how? I said I will pay. Do you know what this staff doing, he just turn off the lift for the whole hotel and told me the lift was broken then I had to pay? I had be travelling around the world and stayed in many hotels before. I had never ever faced those types of service.

The door locks and room lights are different, so entering the hotel room is already cold. The towels smell of holes, dirty, the bed was dirty itchy, the tap water in the sink did not go right into the sink, asked for a non-smoking room, but the room smells of cigarette smoke to the point of not being able to sleep. Severe not recommended

Clean, comfortable, lots of food selling around, strategic. But there is one recepcionist guy) less friendly and can not give a clear explanation like me who come here immigrants. but the overall good is!
