I was surprised by the unfortunate presence of so much cigarette smoke in the lobby. It hits you like a wall when you walk in. The management had already turned the air conditioning to winter operation so there was no opportunity to control your own heat/air machine in your room. We like to sleep with a cooler room, and there was no opportunity for that, therefore we slept very poorly. On the positive side, the hotel is located close to the beach, seemed to have a very nice pool, our bed and couch and balcony were comfortable, and we had a beautiful sea view.

Overall good but small. Also during my stay it was overcrowded and unable to find seats/beach beds by the pool or at the beach. Once when it was impossible to find one and when I managed to explain via google translator to staff they sent me to talk to reception. I was over it and decided to hang around the resort rather than go to experience another trouble.

Facility has new and old buildings. For those who needs to use elevator(baby trolley or people with disabilities) should select rooms from new building. Otherwise hotel may prepare a room from old building which doesn't have an elevator. Hotel crew looks like they are freshly onboarded, but they smile all the time and are trying to do their best. We had some issues to take care of and we got solution for those. Foods and snacks are nice, beach is so close and clean.

Hotel was lovely and we were upgraded to a suite room. Food choices throughout our stay were good, spa facilities and massages were excellent. Good choice of spots to relax with a number of bars.

Wonderful hotel with terrible management. My hotel room got mixed up, so I was given a different room. Service was poor and dirty kettle in the room. Basic items missing in room; had to ask staff twice before it was corrected. Food was good and beach was perfect. Overall, wouldnt recommend.

Hotel had to many rules!!! No Swimming pool towels available after 7pm, No Swimming after 8pm, extra costs for access to Jacussi and Sauna areas. Rooms were good, food was good although the service was poor.

Hotel was new, clean and comfortable. Staff was kind, food was fresh and delicious. Sea was great and sunset was amazing.

Best experience! I would go back in a heartbeat.

This is a very good resort (beach , rooms , food , pools ,bar staff, spa ) we enjoyed in our stay at this resort

It was a wonderful vacation , our Group from Palestine enjoyed in their trip to Kusadasi at this resort . everything was excellent ; Food , bar , Room , staff , beach , pools and other facilities . I highly recommend people to stay at this hotel . If they plan to visit Izmir , it worth it to stay some days at this resort to enjoy beach and Turkish food .

Fantastic place. Great staff, beautiful place. Super food. Great spa. They go overboard to make the place feel comfortable. We can't wait to go back. They have a customer service specialist who is there for anything that comes up. From the beautiful rooms to the huge pool and the inviting beach, we just can't wait to go back.

Sauberkeit der Besteck sehr schlecht, Beim Nachtisch hatte meine Frau fast Zahn gebrochen Stein im Essen nach Beschwerde kann passieren Aussage. Nach Check Auto keine Mittagessen oder Kaffee vor der abreise, wenn wir ab 12 was nehmen auf Dollar Basis die Bezahlung Frechheit wenn wir Bezahlen dann auf Landeswährung. Habe über 100 Hotels so was nicht erlebt.

Strand, Pool. Abgenutzt daher renovierungsbedürftig, sehr viel mücken, Geschirr war schmutzig und fehlte teilweise. Sehr hellhörig daher ungenügenden schlaf

Grundsätzlich sind es keine 5 Sterne, sondern meiner Meinung nach ein max. 4 Sterne Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter sind teilweise freundlich, aber teilweise auch im Gegenteil. Zudem wirken sie oft sehr unprofessionell. Das Essen war im Allgemeinen in Ordnung. Abends ist es jedoch sehr langweilig, da es fast keine Unterhaltung angeboten wird. Auch sind weitere negative Einzelheiten vorgefallen, die hier jedoch den Rahmen sprengen würden. Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht nochmal besuchen und können es leider nicht zwingend weiterempfehlen.

Dieser Preis wo ich bezahlt habe ist in diese unterkunft nicht gerechtfertigt, es stinkte nach Abwasser die wände hatten risse es war kein komfort wo ich für 3500 € erwartet habe. Ich warte immer noch auf Rückzahlung der kosten da ich nach 2 nächten das Hotel wieder verlassen habe, da es auf den bildern besser aussieht als in natur. Schrecklich dieses Hotel für das geld erwarte ich mehr. Bin dann in ein anderes hotel wo ich weniger bezahlt habe und den komfort bekam, den ich für den preis erwarte, ich erwarte jetzt vom hotel das sie die 9 tage zurückzahlen, da Expedia sich sehr bemühte um das hotel das geld zurückzu forderen, da dieser preis nicht übereinstimmt mit dem was es geboten hat

Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön, jedoch hat mir der Service nicht gefallen.
