The room was in good condition. We did not see any staff

Difficult to get in to the hotel, the lady came out shouting at us asking why we did not read the notice on the door- it was in French She was unpleasant and after we got in to the room we had some questions but she was nowhere to be found. Five phone calls to reception were not answered and even the people on the Chat line could not reach her. A really bad experience

Property was what you would expect for the price, staff were friendly, only complaint would be that the pillows are awful other than that it was nice!

Good for overnight stay

We don't speak much French, and the hotel staff helped us out tremendously by calling the airport for us and arranging for our lost luggage to be delivered to the hotel. The hotel was neat and clean. We would definitely recommend it.

Room was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also good. Weather was so good that I hardly spent anytime in hotel.

Tout est parfait, nous y séjournons régulièrement pour rendre visite à nos filles. Seul bémol,les horaires d'ouverture de la réception.

Arrivé tardive et beug de la borne de. Numéro d'urgence 20 min.d'attente au téléphone.

Arrivé après 22h nous n'avions pas le code d'entrée. Nous avons appelé mais les instructions n'étaient pas claires, le code ne fonctionne pas sur la machine pour faire son check-in mais rien n'indique qu'il fallait l'utiliser sur un autre clavier. Nous avons attendu 20 minutes avant que la gérante vienne nous ouvrir, très peu Aimable. Les chambres sont minuscules et très minimalistes , même pour 58€, je trouve ça trop cher payé

Je descends régulièrement dans cet hôtel depuis plusieurs années. La directrice est toujours très accueillante et très attentionnée pour que le séjour de chacun soit le plus confortable possible . Je recommande vivement cet hôtel bien situé dans une zone commerciale où il est possible de déjeuner ou dîner . Le centre ville de Pau est à 10 min en voiture. Il y a un grand parking dans le centre ville où on peut stationner pour 1,50 € la demi-journée.

Vous ne transmettez pas le N• de réservation Ibis et il a fallu appeler le N• d’urgence affiché pour l’avoir et déranger hors service la réception… sinon, porte close ☹️
