Bushveld terrace is the only place to stay in Phalaborwa, staff are friendly, rooms clean and spacious. Restuarant serves delicious meals

Beautiful place with amazingly friendly and welcoming staff, from the Chef to the waitresses and the reception. They have mastered the art of hospitality!

Even with the stress of new Level 3 restrictions put in place during our stay, the staff did a great job to accommodate us guests. We really appreciated it.

Lovely hotel- clean, comfortable and warm and welcoming staff. The rooms are spacious and well presented with everything you need. The hotel is a stones throw from Phalaborwa gate which is a nice quiet gate to enter Kruger. The restaurant was really good and they provide a great packed breakfast if you want an early start in the park.

What a wonderful hotel the best we stayed in for our ten day trip. The staff were helpful and the food delicious. Excellent value for money. Adjacent to a gate to enter the Kruger Park Go you will not be disappointed

I rate the dinner 2 out of 10 I rate the breakfast 1 out of 10 We stayed here about six weeks ago and it was stunning. We decided to bring friends and were sadly disappointed.The restuarant and dinning have gone south, the rooms are still comfortable and clean.Pity we thought we had found a good spot

Everything was fine, except the pool needed cleaning, lots of it!!

Very friendly hotel with lovely people and staff. Worth going to their restaurant for the steaks. Most have problems with my need for a blue steak. You mean nearly alive sir? No problem and it wasn't.

Really appreciated the manager accomodating us when we were late for dinner even though staffers seemed to sulk. Dinners were beautifully prepared and really top quality but breakfasts were marred by the hordes of big flies that feasted on the Danish Pastries, bread and the fruit salad (especially on day 1); I had to ask the waitrons to cover the food! (Really off-putting). Also found a lot of ants in the room. I am sure that they could apply better pest control Skimpy toiletries in the bathroom - single supplies yet we booked a double room (2 people!) We had to ask for extras

The hotel is very well designed with an antique-chique african traveler style. The room was great with a huge bathroom and tub and balcony looking into the wilderness (don't expect any big animals as the fence keeps them in the park). Breakfast was served up well, and they'll even pack you one if you leave early. The wifi was only good for emailing, don't expect much in that department. A very well-run, clean, modern hotel that is a great value for price.

Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Mitarbeiter waren alle außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem Eingangstor zum Krüger Nationalpark und ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Wasser im Pool machte allerdings keinen guten Eindruck. Der Pool wurde zwar täglich gereinigt, dennoch war das Wasser nicht klar.
