There is no management at all at the building. The customer service is very poor.

The roof was liking water, it was missing clean towels, very limited everything.

No heat. Unprofessional staff

Just about everything was fine....staff was friendly....room / bathroom were clean / functional, bed was comfortable, room had enough conveniently-located outlets for laptop, phone charging, etc., gym was adequate, breakfast was well laid-out and tasty.....If I had to give them a "demerit", it would be that the room could have used more than just large towels - i.e., a couple hand towels and wash cloths would have been appreciated....an otherwise "5" gets knocked down to a "4.5" or "4.6" accordingly.

Convenient location relative to nearby mall, federal offices where we had some business during the day. Not exactly in the center of the city, but not a concern in our case; a 15 minute Uber ride to the central bus station.

Overall, a nice hotel conveniently located next to a big mall, away from the center of town. (Good if you have business with local federal offices located in said mall)....Clean, comfortable, with a decent breakfast.
