Staff is extremely nice and can speak English and the service with their own minibus for only 100bath to Airport is very good and no taxi hassel, food and specialy the drinks at roofbar is top 10 and the rooms are very clean and modern so I give this a 10 points as well.

I stayed there one night before flying back to work. Location of the hotel was good nearby the airport. All Staffs were very helpful since my arrival until departure. Only one thing that destroyed my experience at first was when receptionist assigned me the room but when I opened it, it was full of smell of cigarettes inside. I needed to go down and ask for a new room. After that, my stay was very pleasant as I was able to sleep.

Very close to the airport There is a shuttle van. Service fee is 100 baht per room. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable to sleep in. Cool air conditioning, good service staff, delicious food, can be ordered 24 hours a day. The price is not very expensive, 100-200 baht per plate.

Good location, close to everything, 15 minutes from the airport, there is a hotel shuttle every 30 minutes, 100 baht per room, good water pressure, very big hair dryer, like the soft mattress, clean, but the shower water system drains very slowly, like a pipe. Tons, everything was great.

The service of the counter staff doesn't have much service mind. They don't speak very nicely. Solving problems for customers is not available. But Nong Wellboy Cute, speaks well. The room is quite stuffy. The towels are quite old and have a musty smell. The price is a little steep.

The room is okay, the towels are very old. Use the pick up service from the airport. When you get to the hotel, pay. The staff recommends that you reserve the return trip and pay immediately. Because it would be locked first, but on the day of checking out, the same employee we paid was blind to the fact that we had to pay for the return trip. We tried to explain that we had already paid, but you still suggested that we press 0 and call the staff to help carry the bags and check out. The staff didn't listen so they just said that it wasn't specified in the document yet. That is, we feel that it is not fair. The employee has already received the money. Did you put it in your own pocket? If something goes wrong, they will still be blamed for not listening to the customer. We had to hurry and get in the car to go to the airport. There is no receipt for the customer. After paying, you still have to pay 3 more times. I want other customers to pay as well. There is probably no way to stay at this hotel again.

Room is large and clean. The staff is very supportive, friendly, and polite. The buffet breakfast is very good at an economical cost. The hotel area is quite comfortable, with a small supermarket, swimming pool, gym, spa...
