a strategic place..close to the destination

So comfortable, fumes friendly

Does not match the picture, no hot water.

The picture show is very nice but disappointed when you see the whole room and condition.

Customer service is not good and got charger plug that can't used.

Air conditioner was not in good conditions.

The hotel is pretty clean but the aircond does not work well the aircond does not feel cold.

The staff not friendly especially at the front, I demand the wifi password (13.2 night), their show the notice about maybe their think I not understand about that. most disappointment

The water heater did not function well. At night the noise from the road can be heard clearly. Too small no space to perform prayer. But the room was clean and everything else was fine.

Comfortable accommodation. Parking is available. Not far from the hotel. Very satisfied.

Spacious, clean and noisy rooms are cheap.

My husband added another rm50 to pay for the room as the hotel said no more room as requested. They should have updated it in the system if they were under renovation or what so ever you called it or at least call the customer to inform it! N definitely, I feel cheated! 😡😡😡

toilet was smelly, dirty and bedsheet was dirty as well. Not recommended

No elevator facilities. The elevator is not maintained for more than 2 months. Room service is not doing the best job, garbage is not collected and should be told daily to pack room and daily necessities are not provided. There is no JAKIM halal logo in Cafeteria. I did not eat there.

Budget hotel with a calm atmosphere. The room is clean and the bathroom is also clean. Unfortunately when the elevator arrived it was broken.

Very noisy, especially the room opposite main road. 1st booking was cancel when check in due to their lack to lock the unavailable room in app. Spend more time to rebook and refund.

It is a convenient place to stay where the surrounding is quiet and it has plenty of parking space. However, the WiFi can't be connected and maintenance needs to be done for the bathroom. Overall, the stay is fine.

It just has to add convinience store and cafeteria, laundry coin and vending machine.

Not bad & non smoking room. Not far from city area.

The ventilation fan in toilet create noise sound, room not maintain its cleanliness (also the bed, blanket and pillow). the floor trap in bathroom blocked and the water from shower will accumulate and flooding. The staff should focus on this matter if want more customer to come.
