Beautiful rooms

The service at this little hotel is amazing - and it’s appreciated when traveling from distance. It’s all charm at this hotel with spacious rooms and amazing bathrooms! The treat of hearing opera music in the courtyard float into your room was about as Italian as it gets! Location does not get better. Right around the corner from piazza Navona - this is the perfect hotel for anyone wanting a little bit of luxe with a lot of convenience.

The room was wonderful with the best split unit a/c you could have for the heat in Rome. The staff, Cristiano Pierre Luiggi, and Manuel are super helpful, friendly and they take care of everything for you. Wish it would have a regular coffee shop for snacks and light meals. The area has a lot of restaurants to choose from and great Gelato stores. Highly recommend the hotel!

Excellent location, very friendly staff, nice rooms.

Bedding stained and wood floors dirty. Flies all over breakfast could not eat. Was not told of bike tour which limited taxi service around hotel the day of our stay and had to pull luggage for blocks with injured hand.

It is a lovely property on Piazza Navona; what more could you ask for? It is in an ideal location.

Advertised as sound proof rooms not so much. You can hear everything because the rooftop bar is above to room on the 5th floor. Other than that everything was fine. Friendly staff and great location. Also we had to pay for transportation when a shuttle to the airport was advertised on the website. Usually that means the hotel takes care of that so we were a little surprised when the driver asked for payment.

The location was great. The breakfast was very good and convenient.

Location on Piazza Navona is the best feature...Staff were pleasant and efficient...5th floor suite was very nice, but the sole elevator in the building was not working for 36 hours..Climbing 5 flights for two 80 year olds was not pleasant...

Service and location were incredible. It's truly a "magical" place to stay!

The staff was EXCELLENT! They were able to arrange (for a fee) for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and then again from the hotel to the cruise terminal. The front desk gentleman are very friendly and made us feel quite welcome. Their English was quite good also. They gave us local restaurant recommendations based on places they like and visit as opposed to just what's popular. They also welcomed our recommendation of a local place they had not been before. The location is ideal right at the Piazza Navona. Easy walking distance to the Vatican, Colosseum, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain. And the Piazza is always buzzing with people.

The staff were amazing, our room was clean and spacious, and the location made it super convenient to walk everywhere.

Excellent location for shopping, food/ drinks and accessible to all the sites. It’s my favorite place to stay in the city

The hotel was absolutely amazing; right in the heart of Piazza Navona. The walkability to cafes, dining, and historical sites. 10/10. The staff, Dracos and Luigi in particular are amazing. The only reason I couldn’t give a 5 star is that our TV did not work and the area is noisy which is indicative of the area. We would stay again
