Very clean property near King street

Not ready at 3pm. Waited half hour. We did get $50 credit at their restaurant. Goidview of the river and part of dc

Location was great and convenient. Service was good. Did not like no carpeting in rooms. Showerhead dripped for two hours after use which made it hard to sleep. Did not like $30/night amenity fee, although it did include $15/night of snacks at their location. I wish it had a complimentary breakfast as their restaurant is very expensive, so we walked to nearby breakfast place called Jack's which was great.

We had a great stay there. The view from the room was amazing.

We stayed at this hotel with our two daughters. Check in was very easy, and staff was so friendly any time we saw them. Our room was clean and spacious- we very much enjoyed our time and can’t wait to return! Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect location. Close to King Street and across from the water. We loved our room with the water view!

AC is v noisy; otherwise would have given 4 stars. Also do not like paying extra for amenities like gym. Although they give a credit of $15 towards snacks.

We stayed here one night and it was great, convenient location, walkable and quiet. The place across the street from the hotel offers excellent breakfast.

Loved everything

Had to call maintenance for two different problems with my room. They corrected the problems, but the problems shouldn't have existed in the first place. Also, while check-in time is 3:00, my room wasn't ready at 3:00 and I had to wait to check in.

Walking distance to all the mazing restaurants!

The location was great and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. We will return.

Convenient, quiet and clean. Parking fee was high and not well communicated either in the website or in person( both at check in and the next day when i inquired at the desk)
