Stayed at Hotel Mapp for 5 nights. The room me and my wife stayed in, is on the 4th floor, is clean and comfortable. The Hotel is situated opposite the 24hr Carrefour Departmental Store. Eateries, convenient stores, fast food etc..can be found nearby the Hotel. Fengchia Night Market is a 10 to 15mins walk. Nearest MRT station is also a 10 to 15 mins walk. I like to especially mention the 2 Front Desk Staffs, Kitty and Renee. Their attitude, friendliness and eagerness to help, had left me and my wife, a deep impression. Kudos to them.

Bed was too small. Not clean. Small space.

Apartment was great.. but is in a basement prefer to hv window instead of a frosted glass to an office which can be quite scary if lights are on .. we could see shelves ..

Convenient, quiet location, clean, excellent service, Renee has provided excellent information and very nice customer service.

Great place to stay

Hotel is pretty average but not too bad. Could do with a full length mirror in room and more places to hang stuff in the toilet. Also, bathroom light doesn't switch off at night. Hotel is less than a 5 mins walk to Carrefour.

We stayed at the room with the balcony so the view was nice. There was some traffic noise but the road gets quiet late at night so it didnt bother us. Carrefour is across so its really convenient. Night market was about 15mins walk. Overall it was a pleasant stay

We took a cab to the hotel from Taichung HSR, which was about 15min ride. As we arrived in the early morning, the hotel allowed us to park our luggage at the lobby while we explore the city. Check-in was quick and fuss free. 2 room cards provided. We gotta tap it in the lift in order to press the floor button. Daily set breakfast included in our room rate in the cafe at the same block of the hotel. Love love love the room! Not exceptionally huge but was spacious enough for the 2 of us. I love how the room was brighten up with natural light, even in the toilet. There was a small balcony too to look out the streets. Standard amenities all in place. Bed was medium hard and it came with 4 soft pillows. Several convenience stores were located near the hotel. A 24-hour Carrefour is right across the hotel too. Fengjia nightmarket is a 10min walk away. Plently of local food around too. If you are back to hotel after 10.30pm, tap your card to the reader outside the hotel to open the main door (as there is no one manning the reception after 10.30pm)

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Family room is surprisingly spacious, clean, and nicely decorated.

No parking on site.

Stayed in the family room which is located in the basement. I was initially hesitant due to the basement location but it ended up being great. The room was so spacious and had a wonderful playset and swing for the kids. The room also had a dining area/nook and a fire escape that doubles as a skylight...so there is some natural sunlight that shines in during the day. The room is adjacent to the storage closet and there is a smoked glass window that is shared between the dining area and the storage closet. We didn’t find it to be an issue since you can’t see through it nor does it face the sleeping area/beds. Overall it was a wonderful stay for all! If the guest drives, please note that the parking lot they partner with is a 5-min walk away from the property.

就喜歡櫃檯的服務態度非常，房間整潔，又很明亮，還有附停車位，雖然門口只有三個車位，但停車場也不遠，出公差來住好幾次了，很推薦！

浴室的水柱很大，洗澡起來很舒服，櫃檯服務人員非常親切，有需要的備品也多拿給我們，很貼心！房間也很乾淨

雖然因為疫情早餐改成餐盒，但還是很好吃，員工親切，房間明亮乾淨，旁邊就有24小時的家樂福，，購買零食很方便

很有設計感的飯店，房間乾淨明亮，洗澡水柱也很大，早餐很好吃，服務人員都很親切，CP值很高，推薦入住。

有免費停車場，附近環境便利，對面就是家樂福，走到逢甲大概10分鐘，飯店整體都還不錯，之後會想入住不同房型。
