Bathroom smells bad(sewer like) at all time.

Stayed for one night whilst visiting London with my child . Room was small but fine for what we needed. Clean and warm. Great location for transport links. Staff were great especially when talking to my 6 year old at check in.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk from the British Museum and very well connected to the Underground, which made getting around London incredibly easy. The room is compact and minimal in size for two people, but everything you need is cleverly fitted into the space. The layout feels almost engineered with millimetric precision! Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and great quality, and the staff at reception were exceptionally kind and welcoming. We had a small issue with the air conditioning, but they immediately solved it by changing our room without any hassle. A special thank you to Podja for her care and attention throughout our stay — she truly made us feel welcome. Highly recommended!

Good location. Clean Good breakfast but the smallest rooms on the planet. Could hardly fit my case in. Bathroom tiniest. Toilet struggled to flush properly Were no batteries in remote for tv. Not my cup of tea but for a light carry on overnight stay - good .

Great location very convenient

I needed a London hotel room that was available for two nights, affordable, comfortable, in reasonable walking distance of London sites I wanted to see, easy to get morning coffee and breakfast from, and a very close walking distance from Euston Station (so that I could easily catch a train from there after checking out). Four Points Flex met all of these expectations admirably. My room was very compact, but laid out in such an intelligently efficient way that I could not only sleep and shower comfortably in it, but I could stow my luggage (in a compartment under my bed) and do hours of serious work on my laptop (by using the breakfast-in-bed board provided in the room as a solid lap desk for my laptop and its mouse, fitting very comfortably on my lap with its cushioned underside, and with the bed itself turning into a quite comfortable work chair. The staff were uniformly friendly and quick to meet requests. The room itself and its surrounding in the hotel were scrupulously clean and well-kept. All in all, an excellent and affordable work and rest base for a traveler on a job-related trip.

The location is wonderful, few minutes from King Cross station, close to all city center sites. The staff is very helpful. Very clean. The size of the rooms are ver- very small. It’s not for everyone.Check carefully what it says about size exactly for your room!

The room was very small and the duvet cover was ripped, to hide this it was place face down on the bed

Hotel has a nice bar in the lobby, some seating are and Caffee Nero. Rooms are new, modern and bery clean.

Good location

We had a lovely stay here, made very special by the staff as we were celebrating a special occasion. The rooms themselves were quite basic, but clean and well maintained. The property was close by to Euston Station which was good for us, and there were lots of interesting pubs in the area. The breakfast was great, very simple but delicious.

The smell in the room was unbearable. I covered the sink, toilet and shower with towels but the smell was still coming through and kept me up through the night.

Location was perfect! Loved it!

Room is tiny, and chose no windows as was only here for a few hours. Very clean room. Handy spot for stations and quick walk to the three. Not much else to say, cheapish tiny clean room in handy location.

The hotel has a 24/7 bar, extremely close by to restaurants and places to eat, very good location, close to main train stations. Rooms are small but have everything you need and are very clean and comfortable!

It was fine if you need somewhere to sleep but is a tiny box room that you couldn't comfortably have two people in other than in bed.

Short walk from Bloomsbury in one direction and the stations on Euston Road in the other. Didn't use the bar but there are restaurants nearby open late into the evening.

Staff were very welcoming. Good central location.

The hotel staff were lovely, the reception bar and restaurant area was great, the room itself was TINY. Very claustrophobic. Couldn’t move inside the room at all. I’ve never experienced anything like it.

Small room but clean and good for one night.
