Beautiful historic boutique hotel, top notch personal attention from staff, spacious rooms, comfy beds, loved sitting on our 2 balconies at either beginning or end of the day. This will be my hotel any time I travel to Panama City!

We had an amazing stay here for a few days. The staff was so kind and helpful. The room was perfect! Beautiful building, balconies, and courtyards. Safe, easily walkable neighborhood.

A very friendly check in experience at the main hotel followed by an efficient transfer to the annexe building just 5” away. Our suite was vast and very comfortable with all that was needed for our stay. The location was excellent for accessing all the local sights and a good selection of local restaurants. Noise/music can be a bit of an issue but that is a constant wherever you stay in Casco Viejo.

This hotel has 4 apartments on second and third floor of the building. There is no lobby but you are able to leave your bags with the attendant in a small room on first floor. All attendants were welcoming and very helpful. The apartment was a huge 2 br/2 bath that can easily accommodate 6 people with a nice kitchen. Location in the beginning of Casco Viejo was great.

The individuals working there were very polite. Room was clean and large and the outdoor balconies were beautiful. Thanks so much.

The property is spacious and so well equipped for an extended stay in Panama City. Beautiful courtyard and walking distance to everything.

The room was very spacious and had plenty of supplies if you would have liked to make food/eat in. We were only there two nights so didn't need that feature. The bathrooms were really modern and nice and great water pressure! The location was perfect. The fact that we were near the top of Casco Antiguo made getting in and out with Uber very convenient. Uber is very resonably priced and quicky in Panama City. If we had stayed farther down in Casco Antiguo it would have taken longer to get in and out each Uber trip. Instead we could easily walk to anywhere we wanted to go. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful property and very convenient location for walking all around Casco Viejo! Host was so welcoming and helpful from helping with our luggage to giving us recommendations for different restaurants and rooftops.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Absolutely blown away with the sislze and elegance of this suite.

La Isabela was one of the nicest suites we’ve ever stayed in. The 2 bedroom suite was clean, modern, and well appointed with everything you’d need for a short stay or an extended stay. The location within Casco Viejo was also superb. With all that said, the front desk staff were also fantastic! They were friendly, professional, and always ready to lend a hand or provide restaurant and museum suggestions. Andres, Enrique, and Nathaniel really made our stay special.

Excellent communication. Quiet. Comfy beds. Very large kitchen/living area.

On a scale of 1-5, the staff was a 10. They went above and beyond to help us regardless of what it was. Greeted when we left and when we came home.

The suite was clean and beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful with all our needs and the location was perfect. We had a balcony overlooking Plaza Simon Bolivar. The view was beautiful. Would highly recommend!
