Landscape and view of sea, I love.

Noce place. Nice staff. We liked the "hotel" style room much more than the family rooms we have had in SOL resorts.

Beautiful location. Looks like it is best for family with children. But its hard to get around by foot to restaurants near by. No direct walkway to outside even though its right next to the hotel.

Excellent beach hotel with lots of amenities

I liked that it was easy to walk from the resort hotel to the beach and waterpark. I didn't like that the coffee shop closed so early.

Dropped our daughters bathing suit 3 floors down. Called front desk for assistance to retrieve it. Took them over 2 hours. Staff were rude and did not take their jjobs professiionally. As a Gold memeber of hotels.com, they did not honor the early check in or late check out. Terrible service.

It’s a beautiful and huge property, the ocean view was incredible. The amenities were great, highly recommended if you have kids.

Our rooms were not ready till the check-in time (3:00pm). The staff did nor seem sorry at all. She explained it was because they had many guests the night before. There was no complimentary offer at all. There were way too many guests, and not enough staffs. Could not find a concierge at all. Only hardware, but not service or hospitality could be found. Disappointing hotel management.
