Fabulous hotel with great facilities and amazing staff. The breakfast and evening buffet are incredible value for money, the rooms are spotless and really comfortable, and the staff are helpful and friendly. Nothing bad to say. We will definitely be back

We only stayed a night, but liked this hotel. A lovely pool area. Bar was reasonable. Good location. Fab breakfast. Room was a good size, light and clean. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful.

We loved our stay, hotel is immaculate, staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the spa and sauna. Only complaint was that the bedroom didn’t have any air conditioning so we were not very comfy overnight due to the heat

Property is easily located by the A2 bus from the airport and only cost €5. Once at the hotel we were taken back by how lovely it was. All the staff were lovely. Facilities were great including the food and cocktails. Our private rooftop and jet bath/jacuzzi was a touch of luxury! Amazing views too! My only criticism would be the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room... only had expresso cups with a tassimo machine, but no tea/coffee pods to use it.

Was exactly what we wanted for a couple of days, really pleased.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the staff are proud of where they work and want each guest to have the most relaxing time. There were a few hidden costs upon arrival such as, paying for the spa. The website stated each room was sound proof however, the maids would wake you up in the morning (around 8am) with chatter In the corridors or loudly cleaning in the communal areas. Nevertheless, the reception team were always on hand to answer any questions we had and found great deals for our excursions. We paid for bed and breakfast which saved us a lot of money and gave us a variety to choose from each morning.

It was a great stay, great location, close enough to the beach (2-3 minutes walk). The staff were very good and very helpful which was the best thing about the stay. The buffet was very good, I would say it's what you'd expect from a 4 star hotel even if I've had a way better 4 start buffets in the same area when I stayed at HM Gran Fiesta. Good access to free showers and towels if you're leaving much later than the check out time.

Hotel is very basic no entertainment very quiet. Good choice of food but mostly lukewarm. Last night we upgraded to a superior room wasnt worth the expense. The room was exactly the same except for an expresso coffee machine. To gain access to the hot tub you need to climb metal spiral stairs quite tricky need to be very careful. The outside lighting didn't work and the hot tub wasn't ready to use took at least 5 hours to warm up

Stayed for 4 nights half board, great food loads of choices, lovely room on 4th floor with sea view, pool small but really nice , definitely stay again , lovely helpful staff , room cleaned every day super maids 😀

This is a clean, efficient and well run hotel for a reasonable price in the best location in Palma, a block from the beach. Great breakfast buffet and the WiFi worked well. We were upgraded to the 2 story balcony, I highly recommend it.

The hotel is very well located, 10 minutes from the airport and 2 minutes from the beach. It is spotlessly clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful, we even had a cold plate of food for each of us as we arrived at the hotel at midnight. The room had everything we needed and again was immaculate. The hotel and the area is completely orientated towards the German tourists, there were very few English or French tourists. It is predominantly a german resort which for us made no difference , but I was unaware of how much of German based resort this is. It is a lovely resort very well maintained. The hotel is two minutes from the shops and supermarkets and there is a lovely promenade to walk on with shops and stall on one side and the beach on the other. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and revisit this resort.

Mari the receptionist gave us an excellent welcome and was very kind to allocate us a wonderful room on the seventh floor with magnificent views and a private terrace with jaccuzi . many thanks. Hotel has excellent location close to the beach , shops and bus stops. Breakfast and dinner buffets are very good. So big thank you to all the staff in all departments for their efforts and hard work to make our stay a perfect one .
