Staff was very friendly and provided amazing service. They even had an umbrella for me to borrow while it was raining there!

Very clean and convenient to University of Minnesota.

Asked for daily maid service and was refused. Not Hampton’s policy I was told. Advertised dining and all they had was pre made frozen personal pizzas that they could heat up two at a time, totally Micky mouse. Only hotel eggs no gravy and no sauces nor onions/peppers to add. Disappointing stay.

Beds were comfortable, room was clean and a nice size. Was suprised at a parking fee and still couldn't park in the accopanied lot, only an adjadent lot.

It was clean, quiet and convenient! We will be back!

My room was very clean and quiet. Parking was not a problem, but there was a $25/day parking fee.

Very clean, super close to the University

The staff was very friendly. Our room wasn't quite ready when we checked in, So they made sure we were comfortable and actually let us know when we could go to our room.

The front desk guy upon arrival was very nasty initially even though I called and spoke with him the night before! The rest of the staff was amazing and we enjoyed our overall stay! My son goes to college there so this will be my hotel of choice!

Room was next to the elevator and could hear it going up and down all night!!! No sleep, when told about it the young man at the desk told me he was aware of how the hotel was built but they never had a complaint!! Very rude!!! Also asked for top floor and didn’t get it!!!

Hotel is great but the parking is dangerous especially the garage. Just beware that its small and so cramped.

The hotel is located close to the U of M area, with plenty of restaurants around and 3 minutes away from the train stop. The rooms are big and convenient. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Facilities include a big gym and a nice and cozy pool.
