We had a great experience! Huge clean room, great continental breakfast, comfortable beds. We will absolutely stay here again!

Awesome place with cool staff

Pictures were misleading

Everything was so new and modern EXCEPT the low toilet! No hand bars to help get up.

They changed our original booking, then they didn’t correctly put our room for the stay originally booked. The breakfast was not kept up with at all. Had to ask for stuff and no one around to fill the food, plates or drinks.

Very comfortable

Great place to stay. Right off the freeway. Dining options are pretty good. Loved the huge room and offering of water and coffee in the reception area is a nice touch.

Service provided by Gabriella from housekeeping was excellent, helpful, friendly and efficient. Maintenance of the property was poorly performed and half the desk staff seemed poorly trained.

I liked the clean environment

I stayed at the HomeWood Suites in Denton the night before and thought it was a great hotel chain so I booked again in Albuquerque. Same great experience. Check in and check out was seamless and the staff is pleasant. I had a great room! •Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. (I knit-pick bathrooms and had miserable experience - if I see beard hair and toothpaste from a previous guests, which is what happened at my stay in Leesville, LA, I get weirded out. It wasn't this chain. ) •I've grown to have an appreciation for rooms with full size refrigerator with freezer. I travel with a cooler and it's nice to refreeze my ice packs instead of getting bags of ice. The hotel itself is clean, well kept and landscape makes the hotel look warm and inviting. Breakfast was great with your usual waffle maker and cereal, but they had crustless spinach quiche which was pretty tasty. I am usually towing a racing sailboat, so I have to look at the satellite on Google maps before booking. There was ample parking for me. I would definitely book here again as well as add TowneSuites to my favorites list. I booked through Hotels.com and I think the value for what I got was great.

Good and clean.

Working in hotels for 10 years, I go into a property looking closely at everything. The management (great job) needs to continue to keep the employees knowing that they are valued. EVERYONE (more than one person from every department) I encountered smiled and were genuinely happy and helpful. We came in for a funeral of my 93 year old mom's best friend. They made sure to place us on the bottom floor close to the front office. This made it easier for the 93 year old widow (with scoliosis) to come to the room. All of the public areas were so clean. They even had Easter decorations out. It's hard a people mentally when they are traveling away from home for the holidays. Our room was clean and had everything I needed to store and warm my mom's meals. 10 stars for the showerhead and water pressure ( this from a woman with thick hair past her derriere). There were so many restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. We will be definitely staying here the next time we travel to Albuquerque. Thank you all!

Over all it was good. Just a few things that I could see. The pool was cold. And the towels were like hand towels. Tiny. There was no shampoo in the shower. And only three towels with 8 of us staying in the suite. There was a sprite left over from the last person in the window seal. And no sheets on the pull out beds. Also no blankets either. The breakfast was awesome. Huge variety. Lots of choices but the people doing it looked so mad and not friendly. Like they were mad we were there. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

First of all overbooked the hotel and they had to put us up in another hotel. They wanted to do two king rooms but we have young kids and that would not have worked.

Arrived at 4 o’clock in the afternoon only to be told the room wasn’t ready yet, so we had to put our luggage back in the car…. To come back later to check in. Other than that, the stay was nice.

Put me in the wrong room. Refused to change me to the room I actually booked. Called before booking to see if pool was open, they said yes. When I arrived pool was closed because they didn’t feel like having it open.
