Been coming here for 10 years and it is normally excellent. This time some areas seemed a little tired and the food wasn't quite as good as in the past. Still excellent compared to other hotels, but it seems like the standards have dropped. For example, range of food and lighting that was flickering or on its way out. Some excellent theme nights last year, but not this time. The other thing is you need to sort out reception wait times. This is not something I experience to the same extent elsewhere. Perhaps look into the range of the most common queries and try to tackle some of these another way.

Great stay, would highly recommend

The only reason we didn't give 5 stars was due to the breakfast service - we stayed bed and breakfast as there are loads of restaurants to chose from in P de Mogan - but I dont expect to come down to breakfast in a 5 Start hotel to be met with no plates and no cutlery even if the hotel is busy - this happened on 8 out of our 10 days and we tried going earlier and later for breakfast it made no difference - come on Radisson you can do better than this!

We had an amazing time with our family. The resort feels very safe with plenty of options for children to play and make friends.

Excellent. A wonderful stay. The hotel facilities are fantastic, particularly for families with babies and primary aged children. There is a supermarket 2 mins walk and the village of Mogan is beautiful. Staff at the Raddison Blu were lovely from check/in to check-out and manager Rebecca particularly helpful. We will book again for next year as soon as flights are available.

Been here for last 4 years and absolutely love it. Our only issue this time was flies in the restaurant landing on food (particularly meats and cheese) not sure if there was an island problem as this has never been a problem before .

Leisure facilities were good but not happy with the dining options. Also whilst the cleaning of the room was good still water was not replaced once the first two bottles were finished.

My family and I went here for spring break, the weather was amazing and the beach was within a 10 minute walk. One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at! Love the activities in the evening and the breakfast buffet was amazing! Absolutely recommended again!

Staff at the property were very friendly and were always keen to help. Room maintained well and kept very clean. We had a minor maintenance issue in our room and the team were there to fix it in under 15 mins and checked back in later to make sure there were no issues. Best kids pool of any hotel we have visited. Pools generally clean and enjoyable to be in. We would happily return for a future holiday.

An extremely well-managed and designed property. We really enjoyed the food / entertainment / room and overall facilities. Staff were great! A couple of areas to consider for an even better guest experience is: 1) Internet not always stong in our room - so needed to do conference calls in reception area 2) Reduce the Padel booking to 30 minute slots as folks may not want to use them for a full hour in the heat.

I can’t thank the hotel staff enough for the amazing stay we recently had. The professionalism and kindness from all the staff was number one. Castiano you will be missed!! The hotel was wonderful and although big there was a calmness about it tranquility around. The rooms were lovely we stayed on the superior and there was great space and comfort and a large balcony overlooking the pool. Location was excellent with a fifteen minute walk down to Playa de Morgan where you can eat and shop and admire Little Italy. There is a supermarket just 3 min walk from the hotel which is convenient. Hotel food was outstanding and I’ve never had a buffet with such excellence. The variety was lovely and the food was just delicious. Breakfast was excellent too. If you want a rest and just want to chill with a few walks local this is for you Thank you Raddisson Blu Mr and Mrs Nicolas

Really lovely hotel with lots of things to do. The marina area is just beautiful.

Excellent experience, lovely welcome, good breakfast, plenty of sunloungers, quiet area separate from kids area, good food options in pool bars, highly recommend

Amazing hotel. From check in we were treated so well ! Brilliant location , Room was perfect and the food has to be the best we have had at a large hotel Would go back in a heartbeat 💓

3 nights of great food, great facilities, clean and spacious rooms. I am generally not a fan of buffet meals but this was the best food selection I ever had for both breakfast and dinner in a hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
