I have been in this hotel 2 times. The basic needs such as air conditioning, wifi, parking are all good. This hotel has a mini fridge works well and every day there are 2 bottles of LaVie 0.5L are all I like in this hotel. The first time, the hot water did not work after 9pm, but the next time it was fine. In short, this can be a choice compared to other hotels in the price range. I personally gave 7/10 points

Service is not good. the male staff who tried to charge me 200k for the free water last time, tried to give me a deluxe room instead of premium room which I booked. since I've stayed in this hotel many times, I know the room given to me was not the right one. I have to deal with this trouble male staff member to get a premium room that I've paid for. very unprofessional, never again.

Stayed in this hotel many times but this time could be my last. Room 202, air-conditioner was leaking terribly and I have to tolerate the problem during my stay.

At first I didn't think the travel price was much higher than the ks. I have to pay 262 for room 200. My room does not have free water. Do not have hot water. Room is slightly degraded. Freezer not cold. A bad experience.

Room is clean, but a bit secret. The bathroom is clean and good. However, the bed sheet has not brushed off its hair. The wardrobe doesn't have a hook, so add that. Enthusiastic staff. Overall okay. Will be back.
