The property is a safe place for us quiet and beautiful. The employees were friendly and attentive. We recomended the facilities.

I have to say from all points of view they tried but if it was not one issue then it was other issues that raised. But once brought to their attention via reviews, well they tried the best on pleasing the costumer and that was good. Breakfast was actually amazingly good, from options to cleanliness. Pool area could use a good lift cleaning to made loom appealing as there were areas that looked as if they haven't been cleaned since they built the property. Bathroom needs to have their drain mesh or grill replaced as they dont let the water drain and water starts going outside onto the bathroom floor area. I'm gonna post a few pictures.

The pool was suppose to be closed mondays for maintenance but was not and was closed Tuesday instead. Felt abatement could have left the guests know as to change their plans. Also except for Sundays the bar was suppose to be open but went up for a drink and it was closed. Felt again management did a poor job of letting guests know of schedule changes. The bathrooms were clean as well as the room. Only thing is the floor of the shower which is ceramic tile gets super slippery. All minor issues except for the shower floor. That is a health hazard. They need to put either non slip mats down or figure out a solution before someone gets seriously hurt

Conveniently located to restaurants, bars and night life as well as malls etc but very quiet area. I had a quick and easy check in, fairly spacious room with couch, chair and king bed as well as a small work station. Breakfast was included and served the purpose, clerks and restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. WiFi was good and Claro tv offered a variety of stations both in English and Spanish. Water pressure was fine and there was plenty of hot water. The room even included an iron which came in handy. For the rate I received, I would definitely stay here again. In addition, although I didn’t use it, a smart fit gym was located right next door. It also had a pool which I failed to check out.

The hotel itself was great, with a friendly and helpful stay. The only complaint is that the food was bland, but that's not the hotel's fault. Apparently, Columbian food is like that. The hotel can recommend some local alternatives.

The 8th floor is great for dining in the evening... The staff is great
