The evening staff was horrible, very rude and unprofessional. The man I asked help because the air conditioning was dripping water literally on the bed on the face of my friend while she was sleeping. He said with a bad attitude that he can't help me, only he can do is to turn off the air conditioning, it's terribly hot and said open the window and door, you think you can sleep with the door open, and that time the window was wrapped with plastic and can't be opened. He is a very representative of this hotel, very unprofessional and rude. We put all the towels to the dripping air conditioner and we slept for 2 days in a very bad condition. Our money should be returned to us...... The bed covers are older than old and same with the towels, they need an upgrade. The lady in the morning was nice and professional but didn't do anything to resolve our issue as well, maybe she did but no action on the management? The only positive is the location of this hotel, otherwise everything is bad.

Things that may be good for feedback - Scaffolding didn't help being outside my room, hard to relax with banging outside the window and I wasnt able to store bags without alternatives being offered. Outside I had to make it past people living on the streets. But the staff were all friendly and hotel was clean.

Very close to Gare Montparnasse and walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. The bathroom I believe is always heated as well.

The beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly. rooms are small. The air conditioning is either broken or barely functioning which made it nearly unbearable to sleep or stay.

Basic hotel in an excellent location. Small but comfortable room. Some low rumbling from train but not bothersome in my opinion. Thin walls so probably not a great romantic getaway but perfect for a budget-minded solo traveler with easy access to transportation to all of the Paris sights. Skip the breakfast and enjoy it at the Cafe Montparnasse or Paris Baguette a few steps away.

the property is a very old one, all the towels and blankets are very old like it was used for 20 years before, the sound of the metro when it passes all the building will shake and you can't sleep knowing that I was at the 4th floor, when I asked the reception to move to another room he told me that there's no availability and he was suddned as if it was not supposed to hear that voice. breakfast is very limited choices. the one thing that is good for this hotel is the location

LOw cost easy access to public transport

I had no elevator and had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. I was not informed prior to my stay of this condition nor was i offered help.

Great stay for one night, walking distance to city centre

I was in room 17 The subway line is right under the hotel and the hotel shakes every 5 minutes when a train passes by. Staff is nice, location is good close to train station. Wouldn’t stay there again because of the noise.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. Excellent location with easy access to train/metro. Many restaurants nearby with reasonable price and delicious food. The hotel facilities/conditions are expected to be improved. The wine glasses are very dirty which was quite shocking. The bathroom is very dated. Duvet cover feels very tough. Not very comfy. Not very noise-proof as you can hear people from upstairs flushing the toilet. Don't bother the breakfast. Luckily we usually get up late so didn't bother booking the breakfast. It doesn't worth 12euro for mainly cereals.

The hotel have a great location, in front of the train station. It is old and needs upgrade, but overall I liked the hotel. Clean and friendly

I enjoyed my brief stay at HTM. I was pleasantly surprised with my room.
