The place is quiet and cozy. If you are looking for a time out away from everything this could be the perfect place for you. Room: Basic but clean. The resort is located by the seaside so all the rooms are either facing the sea or the garden. No wifi. Rooms are air-conditioned, TV (no cable channels), coffee and water, towels, soap and shampoo (no toothpaste and tooth brush), hot shower. Lastly, the bed is comfy. Location: If you are a backpacker and will go on commute, the location is well known and is pretty easy to find. (Ride a bus going to Argao and drop off at Argao bus stop then ride a tricycle going to Baluarte) de Argao. Tricycle ride is only 7 pesos). The place is really quite and there's no nearby convenience stores so make sure you have bought everything you need before going to the place.The hotel has a lot of spots where you can sit down and relax to drink beer or coffee or read a book. It's by the seaside and the beach is so-so. There is no club or bar here. There's no night life. The place is meant for relaxation and soul searching. Food: The place has a restaurant and price ranges from 180 to 300. Last order of food is only until 7PM. They serve a good amount of food. They also have beer and other liquor on the menu. The selection is so-so, they offer sandwiches, main course (pork, seafood, chicken, and veggies), and breakfast meals. No desserts. They don't sell chips/biscuits or any junk food. Services: The owner and the resort crew are very kind and accomodating but they could be more attentive to the guests.
