The staff work rigidly, the procedures are cumbersome and time-consuming for customers, the staff are unfriendly, the breakfast food is not diverse, the high cost does not match the quality.

The hotel has a bright and airy space with lots of trees. The rooms are very spacious and clean, fully equipped. The buffet food is quite delicious, relatively rich and changes every day. The infinity pool facing the fields is very beautiful, the pool water is clean. *Suggestion: the hotel should change the pool floor tiles to light colors, the current dark color makes the pool feel dirty, the bottom of the pool cannot be seen, you can remove the glass panel at the pool facing the fields like many other resorts/hotels to have a better view, or if not, the glass panel needs to be clean every day.

If I come to Hoi An next time, I will definitely choose this place to stay. There is nothing to complain about.

The hotel is beautifully designed, especially the central part of the hotel with lots of trees. The location is only 1km from the old town, so it is convenient but still quiet. Delicious breakfast, reasonable price, very suitable for families.

The bathroom smells bad, the food is not diverse. Very few dishes.

Ok, I went during the rice harvest season :D The swimming pool is a bit small, but ok. The hotel staff is enthusiastic, attentive, and cute. But not professional yet. The room is spacious, fully equipped, and normally beautiful. The room has a rice field view, but the big window only shows the wall. The small window with a rice field view is completely blocked by trees on the side of the road.

The room is super spacious, clean and airy. Everyone should choose

Nice hotel! I like it. The small minus point is the small TV. I went on a hot day, the small banks in the room, besides playing with the things I brought and running around, there is no TV service!!! But it's a vacation far away from the TV, right?

The hotel is also a bit far from the old town, because I have small children, so moving to the old town has to grab grab. Room is airy and clean. However, the breakfast here is not delicious, the dishes are not hot enough, cold, anyone with small children has to buy porridge outside, but the hotel does not have a blender, so it can't grind small porridge to help. I think it is necessary to keep the breakfast food hot enough because the buffet I went down to when I opened it was cold.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff

The accommodation is very clean and I love the room design and bathroom. It is very spacious and the staff are all friendly and accommodating. Their breakfast is really good too. Love how fresh their fruits are, especially their guava, I ate tons of it nonstop. I will definitely come back to stay here again and highly recommend it to all my friends and family who plan to come over for their vacation.
