For one the bathroom had stains in various parts in it from the tub to the curtains. I checked out and had put my bags in the car, I go back in to use the bathroom before I got on the road and the maintenance man told me I couldn't because I wasn't a guest. I wouldn't send dogs or pigs to stay at this hotel.

Stay was one night for funeral. Hotel was clean and smells fresh.

Prepaid accomodation-asked for 50 dollar deposit for”break stage”fee…assigned room on top floor-room wasent cleaned at all!then assigned ground floor room-bathtub bottom was filthy with dirt marks-next am-coffee machine offers various types of coffee-great!tried all I got was hot water!cleaning lady said it was broken-so why is it on then?no sign to say it wasent working-asked if they had other coffee told no!ok juice machine then-it dosent work either!!!tried a bagel-even with butter didn’t get a second bite as way too stale!other customers went to Waffle House I went to macdonalds!I realise it’s continental breakfast but really really bad! Will not return!

The place was filled with dust and could not breath because of molding. It was clear the room was in a through shape.

Run down—damaged carpet, remote controls, wall. AC would not adjust to the temperature set—freezing or off were the options. Phone/other equipment in disarray.

I’ve stayed in 20 properties in the last 10 months, and by far the staff here were the nicest. Always a smile, a chat, or a joke, and always have time for a question. The windows don’t open so it’s A/C only but that’s to be expected with the weather, so if you’re an asthma sufferer this may not be great for you, otherwise it’s great. I have to work while I travel so peace and quiet is essential. This place is just that. Even in the evening when it gets full, it’s still very quiet. I got lots of work done here. I will most certainly be coming back this way.

Heavy rain today resulted in significant leaking into the building. This hotel has seen better days. AC is a little weak. Rust/stains in the tub. rust/wear on the furntiure. Both bedside lamps broken, but three functional lights. Keurig in the room, but nothing but decaf available (I checked downstairs). It's a bed, fridge and microwave. Not much else.

Towels and washcloths not in room, only one available from front desk. Property was a good value on last visit but appears to be declining rapidly.

Staff was friendly and amazing, no complaints there. Tub was dirty, over half the lights didn’t work in the room, the remotes didn’t work on the tv, they wouldn’t turn it up any, the tv stayed low we couldn’t hear it. I didn’t even have a remote in my room when I arrived. Very disappointed the pool was closed and there was no notice of, my kids were very upset.

Perfect customer service. Was a little hesitant to stay here at first but I’m glad we did.

The room was not well maintained. Lights and outlets didn't work. AC was extremely noisy. Faucet in bath tub was really loose. Rust stains in bath tub. Stuff on the bathroom walls. Dirty wash towel from prior stay.

Pool out of service, shallow dirty water and hot tub empty. Room unlocked upon arrival with no towels. Questionable cleanliness. Remote control looked chewed on, buttons all missing, stivky texture. Blankets torn & stained. "Breakfast" was unacceptable, 5 bagels, 7 apples, stale cereal & milk, bad coffee, nothing of substance. Microwave smelled like death, was filthy. Bath tub stained & rusted Only perk was being next to highway, the cable & refrigerator

The room was so hot that the floors in the bathroom and the entryway were sweating we ended up going next door to the family dollar and buying a box fan just to try and sleep comfortably. The unit in the room that controlled the air the buttons were broken so you couldn’t change the temperature in the room. Fridge was dirty the sofa was dirty and the bottom of the tub looked rusted so I brought a bath mat.

Room was horrible and the Hotel has a funny smell. Don’t be fooled by the pictures online. It’s not that nice

The AC didn’t work, neighborhood didn’t feel safe, room was dirty, hair everywhere in the room, rust in the bottom of the bathtub. The lady at the front desk was nice and understanding.

Clean, spacious and quick access to the interstate.
