Good overall

just wish breakfast area was a little bigger, gets very busy and have to wait for food and a table on busy weekends.

This property was in a convenient location for visiting relatives in town. There as a freeway nearby which was easy to access. It was clean and the staff was great. Next door was a (K) gas station for snacks and there were several locations to eat such as a Sonic and a Barbeque place. The breakfast was prepped and ready each morning which was nice. I was disappointed I could not take baths during the stay as I had no stopper maybe because they gave me a handicap accessible room.

Easy to park

We stayed here for AIT graduation. Very reasonably priced, only 2-3 minute drive to Fort Sam Houston gate, close to Alamo, clean facility, plenty of parking. Would definitely stay there again.

All around was a good choice

Quiet centrally located and comfortable bed. Couldn’t ask for more

The front desk clerk was an older, white-haired man who was so incredibly rude. It took him 15 minutes to check.me in at midnight with no one else present. He made a snide remark that he needed to see if I could afford the room! I had prepaid it on a platinum caed! He was slow, rude and the propery itself was not well maintained. We didn't have a signal in the room and wouldn't even watch tv

Nice area

We stayed for a night because we went to a concert. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The room was clean and we had no issues checking in and checking out.

This was a great and convenient gotel stay. It was clean and quiet. They ecen gave us helpful tips since majority of the people staying atvthe hotel were gping to the same concert! Realky great experience.

Hotel photos online are not accurate. Hotel is a bit run down with some obvious improvements. Beds are uncomfortable. Bathroom sink is right as you walk in room and makes walk in narrow.. awkward to say the least. I will say the breakfast is outstanding.

The rooms could do with better cleaning. Sticky nightstand and desk, didn't look like it was wiped down. Floor didn't look like it was moped either. Beds were comfortable but with everything else being dirty it felt like the sheets were probably not changed either. Pool area wasn't clean either. The pool was though.

The smell of smoke in our room

Convenient location. Everything was good except housekeeping. Our room was never cleaned the 3 nights we were there. We had to ask for clean towels. Housekeepers seemed to goof off all the time. The free breakfast was fine. A few restaurants within walking distance.
