The apartment is big, clean, comfortable and very cozy, it feels like home. The view of the mountain was exceptional Great location, close to train station, restaurants and supermarket. The owner Bob was super friendly, approachable and a great sense of humour. He was very helpful and gave us recommendations for the best ski resorts, restaurants and onsen. He love making their guests feel special and went over and above to transfer us to ski resort everyday. His wife baked us a very delicious apple cake on arrival and they showered us beautiful souvenirs. It was the best place ever and gave us the best memories.

Great place to stay at the Hakuba valley. Bob was a very informative and amazing host.

Good location close to train station. Older apartment but very clean. The host was really friendly and full of local knowledge, thanks Bob for your guidance.

Our condo was very spacious and comfortable. Bob was very accommodating and helpful. No communication problems at all.
